Great overall experience. AC stopped working properly on Sunday, called first this Monday morning and they had a tech come out same day before 11am. Tech took the time to explain the issues and causes, and was able to get my AC working again better than before it stopped working. Signed up for the twice a year maintenance package. Hoping to have future good experiences!

Hunter did a thorough inspection and several tests to determine if our A/C unit could be repaired. Unfortunately, it required a full replacement. He was timely in his response and most knowledgeable about their equipment.

Ryan was prompt, efficient and personable. His visit was the AC part of our HVAC check up package--a pretty good deal.
He checked our AC and explained everything along the way. I liked that I didn't have to ask him to wear a mask.
Knoechel had installed our system three years ago. I think we got a great system at a great price. Their service after the sale is top notch, too.
