Outstanding dental office! I can’t say enough positive things about how amazing my experiences have been since I became a patient. The entire staff is so friendly and it is evident from the time you enter the office that they truly care about their patients. Dr. Chupp is incredibly talented and is the most considerate dentist I’ve ever met. I… recently had a root canal with a crown and my teenage daughter had to have two extractions. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I came from a horrible dentist and the staff and quality of service made me realize I am never going back to the other one. I would rather pay out of pocket than go anywhere else. The hygienist was so thorough I can’t remember the last time I’ve had my teeth cleaned that well. I’m definitely going back!!

Wish i could give them more than 5 stars! The staff are so sweet, i usually hate going to the dentist, but i absolutely love this dentist, i never wanna leave now! Excited for my next visit, if you are looking for a dentist after having a bad experience or have kids who are afraid of the dentist i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

After having a VERY bad experience at another local dentist, I ignored my need to have a root canal. Unfortunately, our teeth are not forgiving of any neglect so I decided it was time to address the issue. Despite my dental anxiety and concerns of having another horrible experience, my faith has been restored after my initial visit with Dr. Chupp. Not only is he awesome, but so is his entire staff. The were so friendly from the minute I scheduled the appointment until the completion of the visit. They were all very accommodating and very thorough. I am very grateful for this positive experience

Been going here for a couple years and they've got a great staff and extremely nicely decorated facility.
This week while at lunch, a crown that I had fell off (not their work!). I had to finish up at work and got to the office 10 minutes before they closed. Doc took a look at me and one of his assistants took me right back to a chair. She cleaned out the crown and was able to reset it in its place. This was great as I was literally getting ready to go on vacation for a week!!
That they didn't balk when I walked in right before closing and happily took care of me is exactly why I am writing this

This was my first visit here and I went in due to a chipped tooth. I was so very impressed with the professionalism and kindness shown me by the entire staff. Dr. Chupp was able to take care of my issue quickly and also took time to discuss another issue with me which I appreciated so very much. They're easy to find and my wait time was minimal. I highly recommend this practice if anyone needs a dentist.

If you hate going to the dentist this just might be the one for you. The staff are welcoming from the moment you arrive until you leave. They manage to create a comfortable experience without sacrificing the operation and efficiency of the process. There are no secrets in discussions regarding your dental needs, financial considerations and outcomes. Overall a positive experience!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Every single person in the office has such a delightful attitude. Nikkie was able to introduce me to everyone so it felt like a family. I switched over from another dental office that I felt undervalued. Not only did they take note of my reason (dental emergency) for visit but why I changed providers. This office truly makes you feel important. I was able to ask all the questions I had without feeling rushed.

I have the best to say about this practice . I started someplace else as we moved to Oviedo a year ago and I was not happy with how we were treated, rude and not willing to listen to my concerns. Dr Chupp is not only a great doctor but he is really kind, understanding and patient.I am in the middle of a procedure and he has checked in with me to… see how I was. He told me he'll fix my smile and I needed to hear this as I have so many dental problems. Everyone seems approachable and they will make the effort to see me as soon as possible. If you are someone like me who is super afraid of the dentist and hates dental work I highly recommend Winter Springs Family Dental. Dr. Chupp and his assistant Amanda were very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable about the process and all the work I had to get done (a few root canals,a few crowns and an extraction).Dr. Chupp… truly cares about his patients. He went out of his way everytime I had work done to make sure he checked in on me to see how I was feeling. Which I've never had a dentist do. Thank you guys for caring about your patients oral health and well being
