Casey is a great inspector. I appreciated him including photos and videos to illustrate the things he described in his report.
What I really valued was his responsiveness and the time he had given me to answer all my questions. I didn’t feel frustrated or like it was difficult to reach him or hear back from him. He’s modest and kind and does not make me feel like he is too busy for me.

Casey preformed a home inspection on a home I’m in the process of buying. He is very detailed in his work and finds every issue possible. My husband and I have used Casey McCommons twice for an inspection on two different homes we were thinking of purchasing. Both inspections that Casey did for us were very thorough. He accommodated us both times in setting a date and time that worked for us. At the end of the inspection he explained in detail the things that should be fixed before closing on them. The first one we did not purchase, but the second one we are now in the process of closing.
