In general, we inspect all the places in a home where problems may be lurking. We examine every inch of crawlspace and attic as visibly possible for these places in which problems are often found. We are not afraid to get dirty. Sometimes the eyes, ears and nose are not enough to find a problem. I am neither buying or selling my home, but I contacted Quad County as an existing homeowner that wanted a professional guide to ongoing home maintenance. Jason had come highly recommended, however his service was beyond any expectations. The thoroughness of his work, & the knowledgable explanations that accompanied his inspection have given me a game plan going forward to what needs sooner attention. This inspection is worth every penny & I believe will save me money as I properly maintain my home in places I could not have seen.

Jason has done inspections on every home I've bought (and a few that I didnt') and he has always been on time, professional, and very thorough. He presents the final report in a binder with photos and easy to understand explanations of everything that has been looked at, what problems he found, and what could happen if left untreated.
I'm sure I'll be calling him again when I buy my next home!
