If you live out of town (or even if you live close by and just want to save yourself a trip), write your phone number on your prescription and fax (614-873-0972) or email the prescription to us at midwesterncp@gmail.com.
Then call us (614-733-3784) and we can get your compound made. When you stop in to pick up your compound, just bring the original prescription with you so we will have it for our records. We do not bill insurance companies, but if you need to submit your compound to your insurance company for reimbursement, ask us to print an insurance reimbursement form for you.

Midwestern Compounding Pharmacy was started in 2007 when we moved Plain City Druggist from downtown into our new building across from Der Dutchman restaurant on Route 42. We had always compounded through Plain City Druggist, but decided after the move to make the compounding its own separate business.
