PCA provides guidance and support to further your career development. We encourage our team members to take advantage of our training opportunities, and to develop a healthy work life balance. Pharmacy was not Jenna's original game plan for her career. She wanted to be a Speech Language Pathologist and ended up at PCA Pharmacy after graduating from undergrad and never left!
Our experienced medical records staff works closely with each facility and customizes a medical records program to meet your exact needs. Your facility will have a dedicated medical records representative committed to providing efficient and personal service. PCA Pharmacy will tailor your medication administration records (MARs), treatment administration records (TARs), and physician order sheets (POS) to meet your requirements and standards.
PCA Pharmacy's consulting mission is to design a program with each facility's specific needs in mind. While focusing on the safety and well-being of each resident, we also look at the full range of pharmacy-related factors and make recommendations to help your facility achieve clinical and operational success.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I received a certified letter this week indicating that my grandmother has a past due balance, as previous bills were sent to her nursing home facility and she does not check her mail (she is 92 and has dementia). I manage her finances and called to see if a payment plan could be arranged, since the past due amount exceeded her ability to pay. I was told that they would terminate medication services regardless, but if I wanted to pay $1,200 of the $1,900 balance today, they would still discontinue services, but not send the debt to collections. I offered to make payments

My dad is currently in a nursing home serviced by PCA. Unfortunately NH patients do not realistically have an option to use any other provider at this facility. My dad uses an expensive inhaler for his pulmonary fibrosis which is covered by Federal Worker's Compensation b/c it was caused while working with uranium for a government contractor. … PCA cannot "remember" to bill this to his Worker's Comp. and instead bill his Medicare Part D where the copay is over $100 when it should be ZERO. I have had to call them 5 times now in the past 12 months to have them reverse the billing and change

I had originally started working for Pca in 1996 when there was about 10 employees and through some harder times when the company was growing I had to go work somewhere else . I came back in 2002 and since it has grown to over 150 employees locally and 7 locations with more to come ! Great place to work !!
