This firm is all about money. I understand that they have a business to run but they are supposed to provide a service. They contradict alot of information that is given during any communication. Mrs. Randle is very unprofessional and her collection practices remind you of a loan shark. She has no problem with calling you to collect fees but has an excuse when it comes to providing information as it pertains to your case.

Unless you are willing to do your own research and work preparing your case, this is not the firm for you. And beware of the "Christian" connotation. I was the one who suggested Randle and Randle to my son, specifically for this reason, and was very sorry I did.
