You must have less than $1,257,850 in secured debt and less than $419,275 in unsecured debt to qualify for Chapter 13. Chapter 13 stops a foreclosure and gives you time to catch up on the amount you're behind.

Unfortunately due to some circumstances beyond my control I had to file chapter 7 bankruptcy back in 2016. Brett's name came up through some reviews and a referral. He is the best there is.
If you are filing personal or business bankruptcy, or considering it, you don't really want to screw around, you want it done right the first time. Brett is literally the attorney other bankruptcy attorneys go to with questions and complicated cases. With the new bankruptcy laws and greater judicial scrutiny of filings, why mess around?
