We don't sell directly to the public. We believe that your new cabinets will look and function better if you involve a designer and a cabinet dealer. Because of this, SOLLiD's business model is grounded in a network of professional cabinet dealers. It is vitally important to the success of your project that accurate measurements be taken and that the resulting design is exactly what you want before ordering your cabinets.
Wood cabinet finishes may be cleaned and protected by using commercially available cleaning polish. Please be aware that wax polishes can result in a wax film build-up over time and silicone polishes can harm the cabinet finish. For these reasons, we recommend using an emulsion-type cleaner (such as Murphy's Oil Soap), because they are made without wax, petroleum solvents, or silicone.
SOLLiD Cabinetry (warrantor) warrants to the original consumer purchaser only that all products manufactured or supplied by warrantor will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for five years. In the event of a warranted product defect, please call or write SOLLiD Cabinetry with a description of the defect.

My experience with Solid Cabinetry product Quality and service is not good.
The warranty apparently does NOT cover any hinges or slow closing drawer slides. I have a single drawer with a defective left slide that will not close by itself anymore. Contacting Solid Cabinetry, I was informed that the warranty only covers the cabinet not the hardware...... dead slow closing drawer slider after 18 months of part time use...... Not only will they not support the defect.... but... will not/ can not supply a new part even for purchase....
Told to go the my local DYI store and replace it ....

I purchased my cabinets around 2013. The slides on them have been nothing but junk. They have functioned, but all my drawers have looked out of wack for years. At first I constantly just kept adjusting them, but then they would get out of adjustment over and over. Now I've just given up. I've just grown to hate the cabinets because they look… disheaveled. My kitchen is large so there are quite a few that have just never worked properly. They will no longer cover under warranty. I'm ready to see if I can find a different slide manufacturer and just replace them all with better quality products

The only reason I would even give this company 2 stars is that I actually like the product when it functions correctly. I had their rep Jay come out and look at a cabinet that was falling apart at all the seems and the dials were popping out. Well that was in December and it's not Feb with still not a cabinet built when I went too actually find out what was going on they said they needed a door sample to stain match their own product. I dropped one off and Jay came out saying I'll build you a box but we agreed to replace the cabinet. He states that when he was there 3 months ago the cabinet

Very disappointed in this company that was highly recommended by my contractor. It is junk, have had some cabinets replaced 3 times, cabinets split, damaged corners, warped shelves, bad finish, delaminated shelves - just crap. Now I am sitting her waiting for them to show up again, 4th time to do touch-up. I have been without a working kitchen since October. Did I mention that they also over spayed on my walls and new wallpaper which is now ruined, and they used the wrong color to do the touch-up. Spend your money somewhere else. Funny how the other reviews are either excellent or terrible? I

Buyer beware! We called SOLLiD on several occasions for warranty work and employees will only speak to their dealers. Therefore, when you call in with a warranty issue, the employees who answer the phone cannot help. Their hands are tied. All they will do is pass the message on to the dealer who, unfortunately in our case, will not return our… phone calls or e-mails. Even though we paid for the cabinets (in full) and they are in our home, we are not considered the customer. From SOLLiD’s perspective, our general contractor is the customer. Definitely not a good business practice!

Junk from day one. Warped panels, doors, and drawers. Center panels shrunken and exposing white wood next to dark stain. And they never respond to attempts to remedy this. Failure and a mess in my house. I really warn everyone to hold two thirds of their money until you see if they can really provide anything close to the quality Home Depot or Ikea offers for the same products.

I feel for you Anony M. I have the same issues with my cabinets. When someone comes to my house, I cross my fingers they don't look too close at my kitchen cabinets. The flaws are unbearable. Previously, Robert also reached out to me when I posted my earlier review hoping I would delete it. When I called the company and asked who Robert was, I was told he is a sales rep but also handles the yelp reviews??

11/1/18 - The attempt to "reach out" consisted of badgering me to remove my review since I would not provide the dealer I worked with. I cannot provide what did not exist. Robert (representative of Sollid) claims they only use dealers, yet I have Sollid cabinets purchased at the facility as reflected in the photo. Even if I had used a dealer, it does not change my original opinion/review of the cabinets. But good to know that one of the employees feels he has the right to bully me because he doesn't like my review.
