The grill and bar are great. But the customer service is terrible. KoKoMo owes us a wind guard for our fire pit. They claim that it wasn’t checked on the order form, but we bought our bar island at the Saba show in Tucson and we’re told that we were buying the island exactly as it appeared at the show. They don’t live up to what we were told. We call, they almost never answer. If they do, they tell us they will call us back and never do. As I said the grill and all is great but if you have any issues, good luck.

Braydee Shaw was great to work with. Very helpful with helping us decide what the best BBQ island was best for us. He knew what he was doing and did a great job at designing our island. It was a very large project and Braydee made it a lot easier to get through. I would recommend Kokomo grills and Braydee to everyone.

I will first say, David the service manager is great. He made everything right for us and the service guys who came to set up our grill were amazing! However it was delivered today, we had bought the display model and we’re told everything we saw came with it for that price. We dealt with Jayden and Devin. When our grill was delivered without the glass shield, we called to figure out the misunderstanding. Jayden refused to make it right for us and just said all sales were final. He also would not let us talk to a manager, he said he was the owner of the company, and there was no one higher up

The grill we bought was told the top could be taken off and they would put together in back yard. Day of install the install team figured out this was not the case and they’d have to lift if over and needed more people to help. They called Matt their supervisor to come help.
They said they’d come back Dec 22. Which they did not do. We called and left several messages and they said they couldn’t come back until the new year.

While I must wait till March for my outdoor kitchen and grill to be installed this is not their fault it's due to our pool installation timeline. So far they have been so accommodating and I absolutely cannot wait to see my beautiful outdoor kitchen and use the grill. We met Deedee at the Mesa swapmeet and she was very friendly, personal and knowledgeable. She gave us great ideas on what would work for our yard and so glad she suggested a closed top instead of the slats. We wanted shade however we didn't even think about birds. I have been back a few times to show family and friends our outdoor

I spent $15,000 on an outdoor kitchen which I had seen at a show. My entire experience with them has been very frustrating. Over a 6 month time period I called at least 4 times and got routed to a different person each time. No one seemed to be able to give me an answer. I called on Tuesday Nov 9th and had my electrician speak with the installer to find out exactly what he needed to do. Now this is the same question I have asked at least 3 times! He was told to leave a "whip" which he did. Now the installers are finally here to install the kitchen (the 11th) they said they do no electrical

Be careful with this place!!!! we order a BBQ out door kitchen, with the understanding that the order will be approve by us after we take measurements of the wall in order to be in compliance with the HOA. Four hours later, we notified them, by text and voice mail, that there was no possibility to have the work done since we will be breaking the HOA rules.
At 6 pm today (24 hours later) 2 teenagers show up to our residence trying to convince us to get a different unit, to place the unit in a different location, they were talking

I am basing this review on a very poor customer service.
We bought an outdoor kitchen that included also a stainless steel cooler.
The outdoor kitchen unit is good, but we had problems with the cooler from the beginning (one week after delivery). When we used it the first time, we noticed that even with the plug inserted, it was leaking once the ice started to melt. We realized that it was missing the drain seal, so all the water leaked inside the unit, causing the insulation to retract a little.
On top of that, the bottom part of the cooler (the corners inside, and the whole trim on the outside

For the cost of their islands I expect better customer service and more attention to details. Long post, but they screwed up A LOT and I think prospective customers need to know how little these people care about quality or their customers.
First off the delivery was more than a month later than we were told when we purchased, but with covid and other factors we gave it a pass. We were told they would communicate during the process from work start to finish, but not the case. But that's just the annoying part...

FINAL UPDATE (06/28/2021): The bar is in and it looks fabulous! The quality is amazing and we love the workmanship. Overall our main issue was the lack of communication. I felt like I had to constantly push to find out when things were going to get done.
Bottom line: Overall quality is great, customer service/communication needs work.
And I'm still waiting for my lid which will be another few weeks because it's back ordered.
UPDATE (06/17/2021): As things have changed yet again. It is almost a week since they built the frame and when I called to find out when the tile, stucco and appliances

Amazing grill appliances from Kokomo Grills & BBQ Islands company!
When I discovered Kokomo Grills I immediately fell in love with their grill Islands. I was inclining to get one of the pre-assembled islands, however ended up just getting all appliances instead and building island by myself.
Now, after 5 month, it is finally fully constricted and finished, so I can enjoy grilling. All appliances are amazing! I am very satisfied with the quality and with the support.

We had our barbecue grill and bar installed today. They are perfect. The three guys that came out to deliver it were awesome. Antonio and his crew were so patient and so accommodating with us. The guys allowed us to brainstorm with them and come up with the perfect layout. If only it weren't so hot out, then we could go out and have a barbecue!
