I want to commend you and your staff for the excellent care I received. I especially want to thank the physical therapy department for their skills and helpfulness in my rehabilitation. I have recommended to several UC Davis physicians that they use you facility for rehabilitation care. The purpose of this letter is to congratulate your facility on having possibly the very best physical therapy group in the state of California.
It was my experience that every single one of the therapists is dedicated to providing the best care for every single patient with whom they work. This place is great! The caring, professional staff put us all at ease within the first few days. They care for their patients vs. practice patient care.

We provide 24-hour skilled care and rehabilitation services in a comfortable and friendly environment. Our team of experience professionals is here to assist you or your family member through a variety of clinical services and treatment plans. Our experienced rehabilitation team is committed to the quality of care for our residents.
With that said, we understand that it's difficult to be separated from your family members and loved ones. If possible, Skype, FaceTime or use other forms of visual communication to hear and see one another. Make sure to include grandkids, family members, and close friends in calls. Order a book, movie, game or anything else online and surprise your family member with a way to help them occupy some time.

Do not put your family in this place. It takes over 30 mins to get glass of water. Rehab facility supposed to be for rehab, our family member has been there for 5 days and has total of 30 mins of bedside therapy and hour to answer the bell. Sitting and visiting family here and keep hearing the bell for last 20 mins and no one has answer..

The attention to detail in this facility is amazing. The beautiful Norman Rockwell paintings and the touch of floral wallpaper edging the halls. While visiting a loved one at University Post Acute, I saw the attention given to the patients and the work that goes into helping care for their patients. I would recommend this facility for anyone having to go through rehabilitation.

5 STAR only because I couldn’t give it a HIGHER rating. Excellent service provided by the nursing staff. Casey showed us around and was very professional. Clean environment. We had a private room for our loved one. Therapy team available everyday!!! If you need a post acute facility, LOOK NO FURTHER!

If you are looking for the best care and a clean facility this is it! My 93 year old mother spent 6 weeks here, just discharged on 9/30/19. The staff is awesome, the doctor actually calls you back, the physical therapists are top notch! Especially Mark, he is an asset here! The cleaning crew here works around the clock! No smell ever! I would highly recommend! Thanks for all of the wonderful care you provided my mom.

In a time when my mother really needed help, the staff here was dedicated, professional, caring and communicative. I believe they really cared about, not only my mother's care, but our family's knowledge and understanding of my mother's situation, care plan and recovery. The office staff was always friendly and always took our calls, and answered our questions, providing helpful and thorough answers. I fully recommend this facility, should you ever need services such as these.

I'm seriously impressed by this facility. I came to visit a friend who is recovering from hip surgery, and spent a couple of hours with her. The staff was super friendly, the facility clean. The staff even remembered my name, which I found amazing given all the people they have to know by sight.
My friend had only good things to say about her stay. I had lunch with her, and the food was excellent. Very impressed with this place!

This place is wonderful, a gem tucked away, almost invisible in Sacramento. My mother stayed here for 3 weeks and they rehabilitated her well enough to return home. Everyone I encountered from cleaning people, nurses, kitchen servers, the social worker - Derard, Amy, head nurse, physical therapists, the dietician, all cared and were very competent. I checked several places out before choosing a facility and this was the only one that did not smell like feces and urine. It's a clean, well-maintained, and uplifting place. They even let me bring my mom's dog to visit her everyday.
