Services
Our aim is to create a warm home-like environment where every individual has the privacy of their own room in addition to comfortable spaces for social interactions and group discussions. We offer an intimate treatment setting with a maximum of 6 guests. We are located in Northern California, in a suburb south of Sacramento.
Going through detox to break free from a drug or alcohol addiction can be an intense process. But with the privacy you'll experience at Diamond House Detox, you can find freedom in luxurious accommodations that offer you personal space for rest and reflection. Although other detox programs may seek to provide comfortable surroundings, there's something to be said about the private rooms and intimate settings you'll experience with us.
Vicky is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She began her nursing career in healthcare by working in the intensive care unit, and then an inpatient psychiatric hospital. After realizing the mental health needs of both the patients and the families she served, she became a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
I have worked closely with Vicky Magobet for the past three years in both inpatient and out patient settings. Vicky is highly qualified and competent in diagnosing, prescribing, and monitoring psychotropic medications. She is very knowledgeable and an effective clinician in working with substance addictions and co-occuring disorders.
Located in Elk Grove, Diamond House Detox takes pride in having a very low client-to-counselor ratio, which allows us to provide our clients with quality individualized treatment in order to ensure they achieve success in their recovery. We find this creates an intimate environment to form connections and reduce the stresses of the recovery process.

Best rehab by far. The staff is phenomenal and so supportive and helpful. The food is fantastic. Vicki has saved my life, I couldn’t imagine spending 67 days anywhere else. The groups are very organized and I’ve never learned so many coping skills. Big THANK YOU to diamond house Fleming and crown! Couldn’t have been sober and happy with you!

Diamond House Detox is a great place to start your Detox experience. The staff is very polite and friendly and medications were given on time. They have useful group therapy sessions along with walks for physical exercise. I would recommend it to any one looking to end a drug dependence, it is a great start. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the food although good is not made there but at another location so sometimes it arrives a little cold but there is a microwave to heat it up.

The staff is very friendly and the place is very accommodating. Very comfortable environment to go through an uncomfortable process. Nice size beds, smart TVs in your room, Multiple bathrooms, even an Alexa in your room! The food is good (three meals a day, even dessert!), the staff checks on you frequently. They medicate you often to keep you comfortable. Best detox experience I could’ve imagined. So grateful to have a chance to do this here. Would highly recommend!

Awesome place! Wonderful Staff! After I allowed myself to listen to their helping words, I felt like a new person. The house itself is phenomenal. With the giant private rooms, own bathroom, and a spectacular Zen fish aquarium the place is out of this world! And the food, better than Ruth Chris! :). Thank you for all the support and help.

I had never been to a Detox before and I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. A week at Diamond House went by fairly quickly. I always felt safe and cared for, and overall it was a good experience. I will be recommending Diamond House to anyone that needs to get through Detox.

This detox and residential facility has the nicest and most helpful staff that provide a comfortable detox. The residential facility provides lavish living arrangements. It includes hot tubs, a basketball court, a fire pit, and amazing counselors. The chef cooks three delicious meals a day, and the activities and meetings are top notch. This is a new age rehab that focuses on treating each client with compassion, not control. I would fully recommend diamond detox house to anyone who needs help with addiction.
