We hired Shark Transportation to take myself and some customers out for the day. Dove hunting actually! Quinten was our driver and he did an excellent job catering to our needs. He was on time, polite, professional and most importantly had patience waiting around on us at several different locations. I contacted Shark Limo as last minute as you can imagine (11pm the night before an 11am trip the following day). Mark was amazing: professional, helpful and courteous. He accommodated our last minute request, followed up the next morning and continued to help at every turn. Daniel, our driver, texted to let us know he was running late, but honestly, who cares as long as they give you the heads up??! There are not a lot of limo companies that would book a one way transfer on Mother's Day on short notice but Shark Limo did and did it with class. We had a fantastic day touring the wine tasting rooms by Fredericksburg, TX!! Michael was the best driver we could have asked for and we had so much fun chatting with him along the way. He even tried to fix the door for us (small issue with handle it seems) but he was a trooper. Thanks again Shark Limo, you will definitely be referred to friends!

Wanted to reserve a car to the airport. Their website says they do transport to the airport with car seats and even says "we'll shlep your kids to the airport". When I called to reserve the car, they said they only have one car seat available. Not very helpful if you've got kids. That's no way to run a business.

Terrible service. Hired limo for wedding weekend and was 100 degrees. First limo no air conditioning. Brought out second one that again had no air conditioning! Everyone in tuxes and dresses sweating in the back. The champaign holdsrs had gross sticky things in bottom. Second ice bin had pieces of the car. Told ac works when moving but colder but only improved when windows open in the desert heat. Driver admitted that they constantly have these issues in their fleet which are clearly not well maintained. Wouldnt recommend for any event thats during the heat that you need to dress up unless you

We got a white hummer limo for prom to take us to go eat and take pictures out of town. The driver arrived ten minutes late, but that was no big deal, no one was in a rush, BUT when we got on the limo it was unbearably hot, to which we found out the ac was broken. Everyone sat through an uncomfortable hour and a half ride. At our first stop they had a mechanic come and fix the ac for us, which lasted about 30 minutes before it was hot again. Used Shark for a limo to get my brother & family to his wedding & the air conditioner wasn't working for a 30 min ride in tuxedos in Texas weather. Apparently they were aware bc I could hear the driver making jokes about it when he called it in. When I called myself this awful man laughed & said I was just trying to get a free limo. At the airport....he driver pulled by one time as we were standing at the outer lane, he waived and pointed. The guard stated that she would rather him pull inside the drive through to pick us up, that is what I called and relayed very politely. Then we were instructed by Shane Edwards (I am assuming his boss) to go back to curb and we did. No car, no call back. No return of my call or text. They left me and the family at the airport at 10 pm on a Sunday night.

I rented a party bus for my husband's 30th birthday and every interaction with this company was stellar! The reservation process was seamless and they even upgraded us to a larger bus on the night of the event because it was available! We had a driver and host on the bus with us and we're very well taken care of. They helped us with the music and made sure we were having a good time! The bus was awesome. Nice seats, the usual pole :), drink holders, neon lights, the works! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a party bus!!

First of all, the driver was 15 minutes late picking up the first round of people, but luckily I got credited for the time. There was no music on the bus, only the staticky radio playing and the driver never once explained how to change the music, or anything. He was incredibly unpleasant. The worst was the ride. My son was turning 15 and I wanted to make it special for him and remembered the Limo service at a grand opening for Tracy Blackwell Insurance group I attended in GardenRidge, Tx. I called the company to request a quote and they were extremely professional and not pushy. I didn't book the first call but the second call I did. The process was easy and they were friendly and professional once again. A week before the date they called and emailed to follow up. I did have a change to the times and they were flexible.
