Tom is a 3rd generation Jeweler and Watch Maker.

Mr. BUI, known to his friends and loyal customers as "Tom" is the owner and founder of PX Jewelers. Tom is experienced in both watches and all things jewelry. At the age of 10, he had already begun working with watches and jewelry under his father, Phu Xuong, in Vietnam. After immigrating to United States, Tom continued his jewelry work experience by being employed under HC Kirkberg Jewelers, located in Iowa, for nearly 7 years.

I have to say I only went to this jeweler because of the reviews, let me just say I'm a believer they are AWESOME, he reset my wife's diamond in her wedding ring because it came off and fixed her diamond pendant as well and my chain and cleaned all of our jewelry and made it look new, I will definitely come back and I will recommend them to all of my friends!!!!

My automatic watch was running fast, so I decided to bring it here to see if they could re-regulate it so that it would keep better time. They did an amazing job, now it keeps time very accurately to the second, did the work for a reasonable cost, and got it done in the same day. The owner is a very nice guy and is very knowledgeable when it comes to watches.

Very impressed to find a knowledgeable jeweler. My wedding ring had to be cut from my finger. It was done quickly and no pain. I ended up buying a new setting. The jeweler reset my diamond and resized my other ring while I had lunch. The workmanship was great and for a reasonable price. It's a family owned business which I think is a plus. I will be returning for all my jewelry repairs.

This wonderful man was able to work on two different rings for me. Neither ring was expensive, but both are cherished. He did not sneer at me when I asked if he would work with sterling silver.
He charged a more than fair price to resize them, and did a perfect job. I was happy, he helped make my engagement ring fit so that I could wear it with pride.

I had a great first experience at this jewelry store: fast turnaround, reasonable pricing, excellent craftsmanship, and sincere customer service. They even cleaned my ring at no extra cost, so when I put it back on, it was extra shiny!
I came here for an engagement ring resize and chose this place based off Yelp reviews and the fact that it is a local small business.

I took three of my rings to P X Jewelers and had a fantastic experience. I had two rings adjusted to make sure the diamonds were secure and replaced a diamond that fell out. I had a third ring resized by .75. I just picked up my rings are they look fantastic! They cleaned it complementary and their prices were very reasonable. I'll be coming back for all of my jewelry cleaning and adjustment needs! I'd highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality services and quick delivery times without overpaying!

I went in on a Saturday at 11am and picked up my resized ring by 2pm. Pricing is reasonable and the quality of work is great; very friendly customer service too!
It was my first time there and I didn't know they had reserved parking behind their business. Which wasn't too big of a deal-- there's public parking right across the street within a 3-5 minute walk anyway.
Would definitely recommend!

Wow! This may be the last jewelry store on earth with an honest owner, and a truly gifted jeweler. They work within your budget, and not only do I take all my jewelry here to be cleaned and have settings on rings tightened, etc. the jeweler is also extremely talented and can make any vision you have for a piece of jewelry come to life. This place is fair and honest, they don't try to overcharge or sell you up when you have a budget in mind for a piece. They reset my original black diamond into a new setting my husband got me for our 5 year wedding anniversary. Great customer service, and excellent

We love these place!! We have had many problems with my engagement ring since we bought it in 2014. It's a vintage platinum ring from the 1920s and there were diamonds falling out from the filigree being so old. The jeweler, Tom, did an amazing job rebuilding the ring and restoring it. We haven't had a problem with it since! Because our experience was so pleasant the first time, we took in my grandmothers wedding band to be resized for me and he was able to save all of the original engraving on the inside. When I showed my mom what a great job he did she cried. What a great way to do

I had a wedding ring that needed new tips. I did not have a jeweler a so I looked to Yelp. I noticed all the favorable comments and reviews so I called and talked to Tom. He offered many options from basic/temporary repair($0 - yes $0) to full repair and other options between. He also offered to complete all the work and have It ready for me the next day at no extra charge.(on my anniversary). My ring looks great and I have total faith in the work!!! Thank you much Tom!! People change, quality workmanship lasts! 17 years ago I took my antique engagement ring to Tom for sizing. Fast forward to 2016, I've cracked my ring & my finger has gotten um, fuller with age. Tom repaired & sized up my ring, bringing back fond memories of my 1999 marriage. I highly recommend PX Jewelers for all of your jewelry needs.

I live 2 hours away, but would never let anyone else but Tom and Tina touch my antique 1920's engagement ring. We found them through the local antique jewelry sellers, who also take their items to them for repair, cleaning and stone setting. They have NEVER over charged me. In fact, their pricing is on the low side of "more than fair" and they are extremely honest and detail oriented (no switching out stones here).

We took my vintage curved wedding band to Tom to be shaped better to my vintage filigree engagement ring. They weren't a set to begin with, but Tom matched them perfectly. I am so happy with the way the set turned out, it was even better than expected! Turn-around time was about a week and a half and he gave us a fantastic price. I highly recommend him for any vintage ring work!

Tonight I stopped by to get my palladium wedding band resized from a 10.5 to what ended up being 7.75 (I lost about a little bit of weight between this time last year and now). I walked in, spoke to, I guess it was Tom (the only man there?), and asked him if he'd be able to do that. He actually wasn't sure because he said he had never worked with palladium before, but after about 10 minutes, I was out the door with a resized ring!
I was just expecting to drop it off and then pick it up tomorrow. My band has grooves running along the band, so he wasn't sure if he could get the lines

Tom is a seasoned Benchmark jeweler that is amazing on so many fronts but with Platinum he is king! I first discovered him when Diane's Jewelry (San Francisco) had an additional store in Disneyland. Diane's would send their vintage items to be repaired or restored. I was able to get his contact information and I have been going directly to him for years. Most jewelers keep their benchmark jewelers on the down low and you pay extra for the middle man. Tom does all the work right in his store. He's not only fast but his work is impeccable as he is a true artisan of his craft
