And then he worked with the city for the city permit
After we got the approval from the city and the shopping for finish material Top Home Builders start the construction.
The job took four and a half months faster then what we thought.
Thanks to the team they were very professional and clean.

Horrible experience. We reached out to get a rough quote to build a new home from ground up. The assistant who reached out to us to setup an initial consultation was rude on the phone. Then we met with Ofer onsite to give a run down of the project. He seemed least interested from the get go. He did not like that we asked him to mask up, which he did but later asked should we mask up since we are outdoors. ( we insisted to keep mask up as we were not 6 feet apart and also given the crazy omicron spread) anyways Ofer was not professional by any means. He was not willing to give us rough estimate

I need to remodel my kitchen since it had to be gutted due to water damage. I decided to go with Top Home Builders and I am really glad I did. It's scary, looking for contractors because of so many horror stories out there. I did my due diligence and set up appointments with different companies - some promised the world, some charged exorbitant prices, some just strings you along, and some seemed like con-artists out for a quick buck. I can't say enough about how amazing Top Home Builders is! The entire process was so easy and best customer service! Ofer was so wonderful and helped us pick the perfect style and color of cabinets! Shahar, our installer, was a miracle worker and completely transformed our kitchen! He did a fantastic job and is an expert at his trade! The cabinets were also more affordable than other quotes! Shahar and his team gave me a few layout options, the architect and designer had really good suggestions. It took us a few weeks to find the best layout. Shahar's team also helped me finding the finish material which was very helpful for me because I didn't had any knowledge about it.

Ofer was delight to work with. From all contractors I interviewed before hiring Top Home builders , Ofer was the only one who truly listened to what I wanted rather then trying to sell me preconceived ideas. The price he quoted me was what I paid. There were no hidden costs or extra charges as the work progressed.
His crew members extremely competent and good natured. The whole process moved along at a steady pace, even though all the COVID limitations

Had a service orientation skills and everything went smoothly.

Jose and his team was great very professional the job site was always clean, and they always updated us with the process.

This project was so stressful we had 3 different company working here in the past 5 months and with all of them , it was some issues...Our home looks like construction site , we get Top home builders From our friend that recommend them . He did for us the whole house, 2 complete bathrooms, and kitchen, we did move some walls. In the beginning, we weren't sure what to do with the kitchen layout
but Ofer brought Ben his Architect and Keren his designer and they showed us some options and different layout on 3D
After we chose the kitchen layout they help us also with all the shopping material in different showrooms, It was so much easier than we thought
