We bought a house in 2020 and knew we wanted to take out a couple walls, remove popcorn ceiling and carpet and replace basically everything. They not only had the best most thoughtful proposal but the best price also. Going through the remodel with Gilad and Rene has been seem-less really bc of the communication and professionalism. They really want the best for this house and for us as a family. Stop looking for another company and hire Bay builders! They made our remodel experience so easy (as easy as a remodel can be.) Tom walked us through every step and what to expect. He communicated with us pretty much daily and stopped by often to check on the progress. Tom was always accessible by text, phone and e-mail. He kept the project on track and made sure to keep us updated on anticipated timeline. Very professional and easy to work with. If you sign on try and get Tom!!

I have had nothing but positive experience with Bay Builders, in particular our project manager, Isaac Rozolyo for our bathroom remodel . I have done some remodeling in the past and I can assure you that having Isaac managing the project has made the experience 10x better. He has superb communication, attention to detail, and great sense of design style. We are very fortunate to have Isaac managing the whole process, from start to finish. If you see a guy name Michael Hano show up at your front door. Don't walk but run away!! Both him, his architect and engineers are brainless. Not experience, not knowledgeable at all. Quote you a price and turn around wants 50% more for the same job after they demo your house. Stay away and stay the galaxy away from these crooks.

We highly recommend Bay Builders, and especially Tom Aloni and Gilad Baron as our lead contractors. Choosing to remodel a kitchen is one thing, staying in the house is another, but to have this happen during Covid-19 was an extra level of challenges! Tom and Gilad took care of all of this.

We were looking to renovate our outdated kitchen for a few years already, but we always put our plan on hold because finding a great construction team is really difficult. I have had a great experience working with Bay Builders & Remodeling these past three months, especially Isaac Rozolyo the project manager for my major kitchen and master bathroom remodel project for my condo in San Carlos. It has been a challenging time, because there was unexpected black mold found in my bathroom and kitchen walls! Coupled with an HOA being involved, it really created a barrier to getting the project done. People had warned me about remodeing, and thank goodness I went with a solid company like Bay Builders. Our project manager, Isaac, has a very pleasant personality and he is really easy to work with. He’s constantly checking in at our site and communicating very well with me and with his coworkers. Even I have a small question, he always answers and eases my mind. In the beginning, he showed us 3D design of how the kitchen would turn out after the remodeling. It was so nice that we could visualize the final outcome in 3D. Also, he did a miracle job getting us in San Jose City inspection

We had our master bathroom remodeled with Isaac as the PM and Miguel the lead contractor. We are really happy with our beautiful new bathroom and adjacent walk-in closet. Both Isaac and Miguel are very positive people and good communicators, so when the inevitable small glitches came up, we were able to work easily through them.

While searching for contractors to remodel our master and guest bathrooms, some friends recommended Bay Builders. We contacted them and Gilad responded immediately and came to our home to assemble a quote. The pricing was competitive and we selected them. During the planning process, we asked for help in narrowing down the endless selections of tiles, etc. Gilad asked us to provide some photos of colors and styles we liked, and then he took us to various stores to pick out everything. This was incredibly helpful and was a big plus for us.

Bay builders did an awesome job remodeling my kitchen. Aviv and Gilad were very attentive to my requests and the small details. Very high quality work and service. I'd definitely use them again!
The work was also completed on time and didn't inconvenience me while I was at home. The project was fully customized to my taste, we chose the tiles, cabinets and hardware together and they helped me with good recommendations.

We choose bay builders & remodeling inc after having calls ignored and just not getting a good "vibe" from other potential contractors. From my first call Eric was professional, returned my calls and confirmed my appointment. I knew I was on the right track.
