Very unprofessional. Two months ago I was given an assignment. Upon orientation I felt the position wasn’t a good fit for me . I called the office the same day to let them know I would not return to the job site . They asked me if I could finish the week and I told them no . Today I spoke to Itzia, I was being asked why I did not finish an assignment. Instead of letting me finish Itzia Guzman decided to just hang up in my face . Utilized their service numerous times WITH no issues. Experience is everything when it comes to job placement. Crying about how someone turned you away because you lack it, just makes them a more intriguing offer for someone else. What you people don't seem to get is that they see hundreds if not thousands of applicants a month. 90%+ of those are lazy and quit within the first 30 days.

Drove a total of 4 hours just to be told I need more work experience when I have a 2 year degree in Multi-craft welding from TSTC in Marshall. Their ad called for 2+ years experience, and I have that. No reason I should have been turned down for the job unless they lied about the qualifications for the job just to get people to come into their agency. Very disappointed, and won't be back.

This is by far the most horrible+terrible staffing agency that I've EVER encountered in my life...!!! Worst customer service, greeting, rude employees, and so on. Not only that, they are very unprofessional, unfriendly, unhelpful, uninsightful, and very shoddy!!! Bad staffing didn't even want to help my dad just because he don't speak English. And then when I applied they made me sign all the papers like if they were going to hire me but she just wasting my time saying that she needs more information for my resume just a big excuse so she won't give me the job ..

I feel compelled to write this short review so that hopefully other potential job seekers can find out what this temp agency is like based off my experience. OnTrack Staffing is your typical staffing agency where you will bring a resume, fill out an application, and hopefully a job recruiter will place you in a job that best matches your work experience. I took a job assignment in June 16, 2016 and I was told it would last “90 working days” with the potential for me to become a full-time employee after the term had ended.
