The company its self is good. But as far as recruiting goes. Thumbs down. It seems like it's a pick and choose situation amongst friends. Matt does not have good customer service. He will tell you one thing. And totally forget. Always told that there is no managers.

I applied and went to an interview and everything was told Friday that the job was mine they said all my background checks and ua was done but they neglected to tell me that the manager of the bldg had to make her decision too so today I'm waiting to get my start paperwork and they called and told me that they backed out on me after another company Friday had offered me another job and I turned them done to take a job that I never had in the first place so no I wouldn't recommend them to anyone luckily I was able to get the job I was offered so it worked out that way but still shouldn't have told

I can understand not being accepted for a job but they wouldn't even answer the phone after they found out I was no longer being considered for the position. Matt knows nothing about machining and that can be forgiven but I don't appreciate being ignored, just be upfront and honest it's only business.

Easy going people whom work fast at finding you a job that you would like to have. Grit is the first temp agency that actually cares about the people they are trying to help. Highly recommend anyone looking for a job to go thru them.
