We established our environmental division in 1991 in Houston, Texas and later expanded into Austin and the Dallas-Fort Worth areas. We have successfully served the private and public sector ever since. In 2008, we added a construction division, allowing us to offer comprehensive, synergistic services to our clients.

ERC began as an environmental engineering firm when our founder and president, Kommy M. Azarpour, left a big environmental company to start his own business in 1991.
Our Commercial Construction experience includes projects in both the public and private sectors. From simple tenant improvements to large renovations, we have the expertise to handle it all. Our vision is to be an integral part of your construction and development team on all of your projects. By 2004, ERC had been working with clients, assisting with build-back projects after testing.
