Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, we have three offices and staff located throughout the United States.
Our staff includes program managers, engineers, geologists, scientists, health and safety specialists, site superintendents, lead/mold/asbestos assessors, HVAC licensed and certified personnel, and technicians. Our business spans over 12 contracts and an average of 30 projects annually for Federal, State, and Commercial client's here in the United States and abroad.

PEM's scientists, geologists, and engineers provide our clients with the full-suite of environmental services within a single firm, from initial investigation through design, remediation, and site closure. PEM is currently under subcontract to Battelle to provide oversight and manage MCAGCC's Comprehensive Environmental Training and Education Program (CETEP).
PEM has been providing a range of facility support services including property inspection and management, environmental security protection systems (ESPS) maintenance, maintenance/repair and general support service since 2010 for the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Department of State (DoS), U.S. Department of Labor (DoL), and the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).
