Rented the party bus for my sons wedding & the air conditioner was broken. Very disappointing!

Mario and ET Limousine were an essential part of one of our best days ever, our daughter's wedding. His timing was perfect picking us up at our house in north Phoenix and delivering us to the Secret Garden. One of the perks of the pristinely clean party bus limo was the opportunity to drink our champagne with 14 family members there and not have to worry about the ride back home. The trips to the venue and back at the end of the night were flawless. Thank you so much and we are looking for a reason to do it again. May need a wine country trip???

Celebrated my 30th birthday last night with my friends and family! Wes and Alex where very professional! I would highly recommend them! Thank you Wes and Alex I had a wonderful birthday thanks for making it special!

ET Limo Service sent a large tourist bus into San Francisco last night. The bus imbedded itself into the pavement at the corner of Filbert & Jones Streets last night at 6:30PM. TWELVE HOURS later the correct tow truck showed up and has freed the bus. The tow truck + SFPD + flares arrived at 4:30AM. Filing complaints with SF Supervisors, SFPD and AZ police - ET Limo Service should not be allowed to drive into the state of CA again. Extremely ignorant/dangerous. Avoid riding with this company at all costs!

We used ET Limo for our wedding. They just took myself and my wife back to the hotel and my only regret is that we didn't use them for more of our transportation. We chose the Chrysler 300 Stretch which was one of the coolest limos I've ever been in. Our driver was on time (early even), courteous, and helpful. They were exactly what we were looking for in a limo company.

I didn't get into any of their vehicles and I am glad that I did not. If the owner of the company can feel comfortable cursing me out when attempting to handle a customer service matter, I could imagine how unsafe, reckless, and unprofessional their cars, staff, and the like are. As frequent business traveler, I will tell all I know who travel to Phoenix when in town to avoid this company.

Very professional and convenient! The staff is friendly and their system is easy and straightforward. ET Limos minimized my transportation concerns while I was in Phoenix (for the first time) to attend a quick weekend conference.

We hired them for our wedding day, they were suppose to be at our house at 2:15 Pm to take us, our family, and friends to the wedding venue, we were suppose to be there at 3 pm. After several calls asking where they were we were forced to cancel their service and drive ourselves. We piled into 3 SUV's at 3 pm, which is the time we were suppose to be meeting our photographer at the venue. They did show up on time to pick us up, of course we still had to pay for that ride, and they offered to take us one way to the airport for our honeymoon for free. On April 13th 2013, my friends and I had our senior prom. As part of the experience, we all saved up our money and each pitched in 62 dollars in order to rent out a Hummer Limousine. We spent extra money in order to rent out the most luxurious of the limousines, which included a drop off top in the back. The limo that pulled up to the house did not contain any of these features.
