I prefer to buy used because of quality nowadays, and I like a small local shop because I get better customer service and help. Ray and the crew know what they are doing, they are thorough and honest. I started going there about 7 years ago - I bought an hp laptop for my Linux harddrive - they don't do Linux but they helped me transfer my data anyway. They have always been helpful and willing to help me out with good information. This week I bought a Dell XPS Desktop rebuild from them with 512 SS Drive and 2GB video card for editing. It's super fast, and I plan to make it last for a long time.

It takes forever they can't even figure out what what's happening and only they had to do is sign into something and also they tried to blame a child for something that they didn't do cuz they barely use that computer and they had to send it to someone even though they did literally nothing but sit there and it's been over 4 days when they said it was going to be ready it's been like 2 weeks

Alright, I dont usually write super detailed reviews, but this place is the ABSOLUTE BEST COMPUTER REPAIR OUT THERE. Ray was nice, knowledgeable, and inquisitive about the problems with my computer. When we first called him he quoted us 30 for something pretty simple, after I explained the problem the price only went up a little. We did a little calling around before bringing it in and I had 2 different stores flat out say to me "I cant compete with his prices. You should absolutely go there." And just because it was affordable

We bought several items from Ray and after doing business with him, we have come to know that not only his prices are inflated, but Ray does not pay his workers in and around the shop. SHAME ON YOU RAY, to not pay people that do work for you during this awful time in the world! To me, it just goes to show that he operates without integrity. Other's in the area should use Action Computers. There prices are MORE than fair and they stand behind there work and products, and there worker's get paid.
