We have been going to Planet Earth for 6 years and we have never been more pleased with the staff as we are now. Our daughter goes on about her day and the things she learned. The staff and administration listen to us and they communicate with us. They want what is best for the kids and that is the ultimate feeling a parent could have.
Services
At Planet Earth we feel the most important asset to our center is OUR teachers. We are dedicated to choosing teachers that are completely committed to meeting the developmental and educational needs of children. Each member of our staff meets the qualifications set by the State and is encouraged to stay current on child development and early childhood education through in-service training and continuing education programs.
The Help Me Grow program is designed to ensure Ohio's children receive a healthy birth and the resources to warrant a healthy and productive start in life. Administration for Children and Families: The ACF is a federal agency that funds state, territory, local, and tribal organizations to provide family assistance (welfare), child support, childcare, Head Start, child welfare, and other programs relating to children and families.
A weekly plan of activities is written that is aligned to the State Standards grades k-12. We create a new schedule for Field Trips every year. Typical trips include The Recycling Center, Parks, Giant Eagle, Gioninos, Kent State Rec Center, Fire Department, Randolph Fair, etc. There will be 1 day every week for water play at the center that may include small wading pools, slip n' slides, water balloons, sprinklers, etc.

My daughter started here about a month ago, at first I was so nervous having worked in daycare settings I have no confidence in them, very quickly I realized these teachers are AMAZING. I am so happy to bring my daughter and am very confident shes getting the best care around! I am due with baby #2 soon and am excited to bring her in when it comes time! Great communication, professional, kind, friendly, patient!

We have 3 kiddos that attend Planet Earth. We have
known Miss Mandi since she watched our middle
child in the baby room 4 years ago. We are so happy
that she is now the owner and director. She is so driven, caring and wants the best for those kids. Miss Sarah has a heart of gold and I love hearing about what my daughter is learning and working on. Miss Aleena is so awesome she has turned that toddler room around and does so much with those toddlers. The patience to help potty train, the crafts and the learning...I have no words!!! They all listen to us as parents and they all are such wonderful

Hands down the best preschool/daycare my son has attended. Miss Mandi, Sarah and Lish are one of a kind teachers. My son has attended since October of 2020 and everyday he is learning something new. Many activities to keep the children engaged each day. Theres is so much patience , kindness and a genuine love for children here I would recommend planet earth to anyone.
