Small Hands Big Dreams is by far the best day care my kids have ever been to and we have been to alot due to work traveling, moving and finances. All of the staff are amazing! They are friendly, compassionate and helpful. My son had so many challenges and his team did above and beyond to get him on the right track. They were able to teach my son to learn, to behave soo much better and teach him the correct way to learn and to have fun correctly. We know they had challenges covid related and short staffing and they were able to pull through strongly. My only regret is that I did not find this

I would like to say that small hands big dreams is a great place to send your children/ grandchildren. My grandson loves his teachers and looks forward to going there when he has to go there. He talks about how good the food is all the time and tells me Mr. Charles cooks the food just the way he likes it. I don’t know much about him but my grandson sure loves his food and that’s all that matters!

I struggled to find a great day care center that would fulfill my needs as a single mother. I was scared, had doubts, and was very unsure as to how I felt leaving my child at a learning center while I was at work. Small Hands Big Dreams has and continues to exceed my expectations with the overall facility, staff members & directors, and their ability to communicate in a professional and compassionate way. I have and will continue to recommend SHBD to any and all of my friends and family.

We love SHBD. They were so helpful while we were so patient with my son when he was nervous those first few days. I appreciated how responsive they were to questions. We received plenty of info about his day to day, and I truly felt like they were helping us reach our goals for our son beyond focusing on thier planned cariculum. My son was safe, happy and learning everyday. He loved his teacher Miss Carli and still talks about her a year later. No doubt SHBD is where we'll send our other children as well.

My son and daughter both attend Small Hands Big Dreams - Mentor location - and I have to say that they have been amazing very welcoming. ! I am very thankful for the open communication between staff and parents. Everyone has been more than ready and willing to help my family and I answer any and all questions. I feel that I am involved in my children’s day even though I cannot be with them physically. Thank you to Miss Jess, Miss Kaleen, Miss Brittany, Miss Crylynn, Ms. Stacy, Ms. Chelsea and all other staff members for making it such an easy transition for my kids and I starting out !! My daughter has been going to Small Hands in mentor since she was 3 months old and she is now almost 5. We have had many great teachers there. She currently has Ms. Carli who is absolutely amazing. My daughter has learned so much since being in Ms. Carli's class and will be prepared for kindergarten. She also cares so much for all of her children and it really shows. I couldn't be happier with our experience!!

We have been with small hands big dreams since our son was 1. While we have had all amazing teachers..Ms. Carli has been hands down the best! She has been so patient and kind in such challenging times with our son who is now almost 5. She has taught him more than any teacher and he absolutely adores her as do we! We’ve been with Small Hands Big Dreams since our daughter was 6 weeks old ( so we are nearing 2 and a half years of attendance).
Their well-vetted personnel have all been passionate and have proven dedicated to my daughters development and success. She continues to excel with their individualized development plans.
Also as a first-time mother there is a lot to be anxious about with your children and their development. It is GREAT to have their offices and staff as a resources when I am learning how to best manage sleep regression, tantrums, teething, etc.
