Built a home with them in the past year. Pre-build experience was great, and the construction process was top notch as well. Solid communication through the process, and any issues that popped up were discussed and dealt with quickly. Very happy with the experience and even happier with the end result.

I'm really disappointed that I went with Gonyea homes. There realitor tells you what you want to hear to get the sale. They have poor follow up once they get the sale and the home building process is started. I left multible messages for there VP to call me back with my concerns during the building process. He never called me back. There job site superintendents try to hide damage and poor workmanship during the process. I'm now having issues with there poor workmanship. Im sure this will be a challege to get them to stand behind there work. I would look for another builder inthe area

They are let decent homes. Certainly MUCH better than a Cal-Atlantic or Pulte. You have an acceptable amount of options for customization and, at last as far as electrical goes, the crews that are building your home are the best available.
