Butch Sprenger has been building and remodeling homes that reflect the needs and desires of Twin Cities' families since opening Destiny Homes in 2005. We work with each homeowner to create a stress-free construction process. Our goal is to listen to the homeowner then explore and create options within each homeowner's budget while discovering solutions for each family.
Remodeling refers to "changing the structure or form" of a home and allows us to use our talents and expertise to develop creative solutions to better meet your needs. Destiny Homes recently completed a full first floor remodel of our 26 year old home. Butch and his team were very professional and they were really wonderful to work with. Our new kitchen/first floor entertaining space is lovely and so functional. Butch employs very skilled contractors.
The quality of their work was high, they arrived on time and always left the job site clean. Destiny Homes was able to adhere to to our renovation timeline despite some COVID related supply chain issues. John Stevens, Destiny Homes project manager, kept us updated and set expectations regarding what was happening

Five stars to Butch and the entire Destiny team. They did a fabulous job updating and renovating our 1950's home. Butch had put an addition onto our previous home, so we knew the quality of his workmanship, his adherence to a schedule, and the ease of working with him. He delivered again!
The entire process ran smoothly. We first met with Butch and Jaimie, who listened to our needs and budget, then custom designed the entire area. During the project we were out of state, but always kept up to date on the progress. Great communication with everyone - Butch, John - the supervisor, Jaimie, and Charlene

We worked with Destiny Homes on a remodel of our kitchen. As first-time homeowners, we had a few projects in mind we wanted to complete and the kitchen was not one of them. After an in-home consultation with Butch and Jessica, they advised that the kitchen project would make the most impact in the home and our daily lives.... great advice!
They completed the project quickly and it changed the feel of our entire house. John and the crew even went the extra mile in a few areas correcting poor craftsmanship that was done by the pervious builder.
