I previously wrote a 5 star review, and have used this shop about 5 different times.
My last repair took over 30 days because they could not fix the AC not blowing cold air. After many attempts and finally taking the car to the dealer, the problem was solved and my insurance paid for the repair.
I brought up this issue of me having to pay almost $200 more for the rental, and I wast told not to worry about it, on at least 3 occasions, and that they would contact insurance company and get that taken care of. I texted the owner directly and received no response.

My car was damaged from a hit and run and I needed both my front and rear bumpers fixed. Obviously, I wanted to get it taken care of quickly and with quality work. I've been going to Santana's Auto Body for a few years now and every time we are in need of their service, they go above and beyond. I recently got my car back looking brand new with the work they did. They went out of their way and reserved us a car rental covered by my insurance, they buffered out the head light so it can look fairly new since the other one was replaced, they adjusted the stereo wires because we couldn't listen to the radio unless it was really low, they informed us that the front brake pads were really low mind you, that wasn't what they were repairing. My car is back to brand new and I am so happy! I have a new Equinox and was hit by someone on the freeway, I was referred to Mike and he did a phenomenal job. Took my car into Santana's after getting rear ended. Mike (owner) helped me. The service and quality of work is incomparable to any other auto body shop I've been to. Mike was very accommodating. He had a rental car scheduled for me when I dropped off my car. I was driven to the rental place and did not have to worry about dealing with any of the usual headaches associated with having an accident. He went above and beyond. Mike has a standard of ethics that is above anyone else in the industry. Also, the paint has a lifetime warranty which is something I've never heard of at an auto

Santana's Auto Body did an amazing job on my wife's 2017 Honda Pilot. They fixed everything, documented, took pictures of everything, they also dealt with my insurance. They made sure I was happy with all the work. I was recommended by a friend of mine, and I will defiantly recommend them to others. The Pilot is Black and I was very pleased to say that Mike and his crew did the perfect paint to match! You can't even tell that the car was in an accident.

First, Santana's did an awesome job repairing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee after it had been sideswiped and nearly totaled. Getting it repaired probably saved me $10K in depreciation if it had been totaled and I would have had to replace it. It has run straight and true since day one. Then ELEVEN YEARS later, some of the paint started to bubble and Santana's honored their work and repainted the vehicle again! These guys do great work and stand behind their work! Go to Santana's!

Whoops... I did it again! Messed up my front end on a particularly hard and rocky curb. So it was back to Mike. No hesitation! I knew that he would be able to transform my mistake into perfection. AND HE DID! For an amazing price and help in getting me a rental car, Mike and Jessica took super great care of me. THANK YOU both! What can I say, I absolutely love love love this establishment. Mike, the owner, is very nice and professional. Keeps you updated on the work and is straight forward on what needs to be done. My family takes all of our cars there when work is needed. Most recently my Honda Accord front bumper was split in half, grill pushed back, lining gone etc. Mike quoted me a time frame and it was met! Very happy with finished product per usual.

Earlier this year my wife's Toyota RAV4 was sideswiped in the parking lot at her work. The other person was insured and the insurance company sent me to a chain body shop. Guess what? They low-balled the estimate. Even I could tell. On a referral from a friend, I took the car to Santana Auto Body. The folks at Santana showed me what the other shop missed, and then came up with an estimate almost twice as high. Mike Santana called and assured me that he would deal with the insurance company and justify to them the higher estimate

Haven't had his service yet, but my car was struck by a tire on the freeway and I've been looking around for shops and have had some rude experiences so far. Came here on A recommendation of a co-worker , Mike is super sweet and kind and i look forward to him repairing my car! I'll update my review once he finishes

This place was recommend by my son's friend's father who repairs salvaged exotic cars. So I figured if it meets his quality standards for an exotic car this shop must be good. Upon my first impression I was skeptical due to its location being in a semi-residential neighborhood with his shops spread out in buildings down the street.
Upon the completion of my car all my reservations were gone. Mike and his crew do excellent work. Mike is very conscientious of what you want and strives to return a high quality product. I highly recommend this shop for all your car body repair work
