Called for a price quote on just the labor cost to switch out headlamps since I have the parts, and to just kick out a dent in the plastic bumper no fancy shmancy stuff, the dude tells me it will take them 3 hours to take off a bumper, and replace the headlights (it took me 2 minutes to get everything off except one bolt i couldn't reach to finish taking it off) and would charge $250 in labor. This place is a scam, spend your money elsewhere.

I have a 2015 F-150 and I have 2 big dogs.... I always park my car in the garage where my dogs are mainly in. My truck is black and over the years the truck has been scratched all over due to my dogs. I finally decide to re paint my whole truck to make it look new again. I came into Tip Top and was quoted a reasonable price and decided to do the paint job through them. Ended up taking few days and I am so happy with the results.

This shop saved my job and my money! I got into a bad accident recently and I was stuck without a car for days. My job wasn't cutting me a break and said I had to come back to work or they were going to let me go. SO I contacted Tip Top and let them know the situation. Worst business owner ever!!!! Please DO NOT take your car here! Was involved in accident and I made the biggest mistake to choose tip top as my auto shop . Such a headache as the owner Jay tried to return my car and not even complete the job! I felt like he half fast it and maybe because I am a women he felt like I would except it! Was caught in so many lies throughout the process! This guy is a crook! I got into a accident recently and it was my fault..... I thought the damages were to bad to fix but when I came to Tip Top I was given a quote and the best advice to go about my car issues. Some shows told me to just get a new car but the owner of Tip Top tried to help in the best way possible. I got a good quote and was able to fix my car and it looks almost brand new! I am extremely happy and will be returning if I have any car issues in the future!

I love this shop!! I am an okay driver and I have got into a few accidents and every time I do my parents always take it to this shop!!!!! Have a typical mommy mini van but recently got hit.... Went into Tip Top to get a quote and prices were extremely reasonable compared to other shops. I recently was a victim of a hit and run in my 2016 BMW and eventually found the person that hit me.....thank GOD! I got few quotes from multiple shops but this shop is the best one I got price and customer service wise. The owner worked with me because I was already upset and bothered coming in due to the fact that I am out of a car and been ubering everywhere. In total the whole process took about a week which isnt bad for the amount of damage the car had. We recently got into an accident and instead of going to a shop insurance recommended we found this one off of yelp. I was already a bit suspicious because this place looked run down and also runs a limo shop. We decided not to judge by the cover.

Finally! An honest mechanic! After scraping the entire left side of my brand new car against another car, I took my car to Jay who was highly recommended by another friend and was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and expertise.
