The staff is always nice and helpful. The doctor is great at what he does. Except THEY ARE TOO BUSY! The doctor hurt me for a week really bad by working to fast on me once. They are trying to help too many people at once. Super busy and then some random days barely busy at all.
To the docs credit he apologized and went so me in future visits. But then they tried to charge me for a visit I never had! After yelling they were wrong. They realized and correct that mistake, however the other contested visit, the staff said i had no more visits left and the doctor assured me i had one left that would

Dr. Lori is terrific! After being referred by a friend, my husband and I had been seeing her for monthly alignments for years. She helped me through recovery from a back injury. Lori is knowledgeable and professional balanced with caring and thoughtful. After each visit, we experienced less pain and more energy. We have moved out of the area but have not found a chiropractor that we trust as much. Every time we're back in the northwest, we go see Dr. Lori again.

It was my biggest mistake to chose to go there. At the first day we talk about my insurance and if it's covering the treatment or no and they said it's 100% covered and I don't need to pay anything and they made sure of that as they said. And after a month form visiting I did see any change in my condition in fact I start have more pain. So I stopped going because there was no benefit. The worst part is yet to come. The email me asking me to pay $1714.18 because my insurance didn't cover. Seriously It was there mistake and they are Blaming me for it. And I heard I'm not

This place is great! I was referred here by my primary care provider and I'm so glad they did. I felt welcome and accepted since day one. Dr. Andosca genuinely listens and we made a plan for my treatment. They have done thorough exams of my spine with really unique tools and technology. I've certainly felt better since my first visit. Dr. Andosca is one of the most thorough and thoughtful chiropractors in Portland. At my first appointment, before we got started with adjustments, he used cutting edge technology to create a precise and detailed treatment plan for issues with my lower back as well as relatively consistent headaches.
