I've only ever had one person touch my lashes before and I was super nervous to try someone new. She made me feel comfortable, the room is super clean and she listened to what I wanted (and what I specifically did not!) -- which is key to getting lashes that you're comfortable with. I loved my natural, lengthy lash extensions and would definitely recommend this service too.

It includes a consultation, a triple cleanse, relaxing face, shoulder and decollete massage, enzyme steam, extractions, high frequency, and a customized mask. Each product is specifically chosen on the day of service for your skin type. Whether your skin is sensitive, acne-prone, oily, aging, or dry; you'll leave with a glow and all the tools you need to fully transform your skin.
I don't trust anyone else with my facials! She was so welcoming from the very first appointment and took the time to talk about my skin and concerns and gear the facial to help with them. Her products are amazing, but she also is not pushy for you to purchase hers. I highly recommend if you are a facial virgin and scared to start seeing someone, Cristien will make you feel comfortable and work her magic on you!.

I got several amazing facials before but this place is the best in Chicago. I love the space, and Cristien is so helpful and patient in talking me through the best skin care treatments for my sensitive skin. A great experience, I can't wait to go back! Plus she has a nice selection of products to purchase and take home - lots of organic skin care and top of the line professional options. A+++
