Tower Eight Staffing Solutions d.b.a Labor for Hire and Skilled Resources is an independent staffing company which provides skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled contingent workforce to the construction industry. In 1998, the founder of the company, Vern Vokus, realized several people were struggling to find temporary work, specifically during economic distress.
By providing safer workers, faster response time, and better service than our competitors is how we deliver world-class service. Our proprietary screening processes ensure only the most qualified, dependable people are staffed and dispatched to our clients' assignments.
Vern's 30+ years of expertise, specific to the temporary labor industry, presented him with opportunities to successfully bring growth and strength to several staffing companies. In six short years (1993 to 1998), he was able to increase Spartan Premier Staffing's gross revenue by 385%. Vern recognized the need for a temporary staffing company that could set itself apart from others.
Thank you for the level of service I receive on a daily basis. My calls are always answered promptly. I can call after hours, leave a voice mail and know you will take my order the very next day. I get a copy of my tickets on a daily basis which includes Saturdays. At least twice per month your competitors come through my front doors.

I'm not sure where start....I will be nice here..
I would say stay away from this Company if you are looking for a decent job..the place is old, dirty and you have a bonus to see cockroaches almost everyday.
The office in West Palm Beach is a very toxic environment to work; the management is bad; no good manners at all; no decent values. When the CEO/owner is not there, that place is awful to work.
Extremely disgusting and stressful. It's definitely not a healthy place to be working. Stay away! Zero star in my book..

A man needed to work . He was up at at their office by 5 am each day he was available for work. A Hundred or more men line up. There are some tents out in the parking lot. Men waiting for work. Tow trucks are abound waiting to tow your car while you are lined up for work. Today, he was sent to Riviera Beach and was asked to transport 3 other workers and they were promised work Labor finders thinks people are taxis for their company. There was no work when he got there. Labor Finders is a joke . Do not waste your time and gas. He will invoice them for wasted time and gas
