Born and raised in Burlington, NC, Dr. Madison Crumley instantly knew she wanted to be a dentist after one of her first dental visits as a child. She attended Appalachian State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology and Psychology. From there, she received a Master's in Physiology from North Carolina State University.
