Located downtown in the "Heart of Livingston" near shopping, stores and restaurants. In many hotels today, a typical room with standard amenities may cost upwards of $100 or more per night and may charge extra for simple conveniences such as microwaves, refrigerators, and high-speed Internet. Further, almost all hotels equip their rooms with carpeted floors which may be subject to years of dirt build up.
We are proud to offer 17 rooms equipped with standard amenities and offered at rates that rank among the most affordable in the local area. All rooms feature dish-network Satellite TV with over 150 channels, tile floors, free high speed Internet, WI-FI, refrigerator and microwave. At the Town & Country Motel, we strive to ensure that your stay with us is an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Recently stayed a few nights here while out of town for work. I was really pleased with what it had to offer for a small town motel. Great rate for a nights stay. The staff were really super nice and welcoming, it really stood out to me. Peaceful quiet nights and the room was really nice, well decorated and had a cozy feel. Plenty of room for my work truck. I'd definitely stay here again if I were to be in the area.

Usually I would wait until after a trip to leave a review for a multitude of reasons but I'm going out on a limb here.
Lisa, she is the manager of the place. She worked with us on a group situation, and assured us it was a safe and clean environment. When we rolled up, a few of our guys made a comment like is this place going to be really old rooms and even older mattresses?
When we opened these rooms it was like a page from a magazine. Like I think I figured out where all those "other hotels" steal pictures of good hotels from. This place is so amazing! The beds are great, the floors are new

The front is not appealing at all. You drive down a dark road to find a hotel with no lighting. Very dirty office, seedy looking out front, not sure about what I was gettung myself into. Car speeding down road, trains blaring horn, Indians or Muslims talking there language all loud outside in the rooms. Sounds like there drunk, high or just crazy or fighting. I could tell they sounded maddd...Crazy people...this is a major trucking stop. Truckers coming & going. The only wonderful thing about it was the rooms inside were super nice. Very comfy bed..super nice..I enjoyed my bed if I didnt have

Yes, it's cheap. But the whole place smells really weird and it's noisy. The train passes every couple of hours and honks during the night. It could be cleaner too, but I've seen worse. The smell is the worst problem - I don't know what it comes from, but it's especially smelly outside the hotel and in the bathroom. Maybe it's just the area... I wouldn't stay here again!

I had a car accident on the 99 and luckily this motel (the only one around) was .8 miles from the body shop. And luckily it turned out to be a very nice place. It was clean with a new nice-looking bathroom, the bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. The TV reception was good, mcrwv/frig, tons of ready ice(w/o the loud icemaker noise) - everything I needed for an unexpected night in Livingston, CA. Family owned for 28 years. Not much around there and being Sunday night, not much open. But I got some great bargains at the dollar store and got some excellent chicken at the

Where to begin....
The room looks like a painted jail cell. At first, it looks fine, and then you look at everything and it's dirty (dust everywhere). There were TWO BATH TOWELS in our room, no coffee maker, there is no breakfast, etc. I was just shocked at how bad this place is.
BTW, there is no water in the pool and the lights on the sign were completely dark except for the first three letters of "Motel".
That should have been our sign RIGHT THERE.
