Services
BEST Packing Services is one of Philadelphia's oldest and most reliable staffing agencies. Founded in 2007 by Evendy Sujoko, we have helped more than 50 clients by sending them over 2,000 employees. Although we are still close to our humble roots in a small, South Philadelphia office, we are expanding rapidly and are now proud to serve clients all over Philadelphia, Southeast Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.
Our initial interview doesn't focus on any particular job, but rather explains to you what we will need and expect from you as a BPS employee. Whenever you come back for your second interview, we will reinforce certain rules that both we and our clients have. This is when you will receive your specific job assignment and will typically take place the day before you begin that job.
You are responsible to know the schedule for the following day by calling our office at break or lunch time. You must clock-in at the beginning of your shift and clock-out at the end of work each day. You are responsible to sign your name on the temporary sign-in sheet at the front desk and clock-in every day in order to receive correct hours on your paycheck.
I understand that I am applying for a part-time or temporary job. There is no guaranteed job each day or that the hours are only between 0 - 40 hours a week. I will get paid on a regular rate based on my assignment's state. Beginning in January, the minimum in New Jersey will increase by $1 per year until it reaches $15.
A: B.E.S.T. Packing Services Inc. does not provide any transportation for employees to/from work. A: The salary depends on the minimum wage of your assignment's state and the company for which you are working. A: You will be able to collect your check the week after you worked on Thursday or Friday depending on the client for whom you are working.

I came here nothing but good service ! They gave me the information I wanted to hear. Good connection made sure I got hired from jobs to choose from. It's all about your energy and positive attitude.
