Services
Dr. Bob Scholz, an Alameda native, started our practice in this location on the corner of Willow and Otis in 1967. Dr. Jon Sammann joined the practice in 1973, and Dr. Johnson joined in 1984, with Dr. Scholz and Dr. Sammann retiring from the practice in 1987 and 1996, respectively. Dr. Johnson has remained and was joined by Dr. Jolley in 2006, carrying on the longstanding tradition of excellence in the practice.
Cari moved to Alameda with her family in 1986 from Oakland where she was born and raised. She first joined our ortho family as a mom when her daughter had braces as a teen. A few years later, she came to work here and is now our Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager. Cari completed Invisalign treatment to get that nice smile she always wanted.
It is our goal to provide individualized, personalized care to every patient. We pride ourselves on being efficient while providing superior customer service and excellent results. We believe in creating beautiful smiles and wonderful experiences, one patient at a time. Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you.
Dr. Jolley was born in Las Vegas, Nevada. He moved to the Bay Area to attend Dental School at UCSF and loved the area so much, he decided to stay! He loves the discipline of orthodontics and prides himself on staying current in the latest technology and techniques. Dr. Jolley has a bachelor's degree in dental science, a Doctorate of Dental Surgery, a master's degree in oral and craniofacial sciences and a specialty certificate in orthodontics.
