This was the worst manicure I have EVER had. The two men at the salon did our manicures. They were rushing, and rude. My sister and I had paint caked under our nails and on our skin. I asked them to remove it and they did so with very little effort. I was able to remove more paint on my own. The cashier told us she was sorry but that was about it. The nail polish is so thick it adds an extra layer to the French tips. They also shared the nail tools between myself and the person sitting next to me despite being in the middle of a pandemic. Do not come here!!!

My nails were done yesterday 1/2/22 and when I wake up this morning it looks like they were done a week ago, I went to the place and the receptionist says that I have to sit down right away so they can fix it but I can't do it during the week, I ask her if I can get a refund her answer was No if I can come another day and her answer was No, I told her hey you lost a client then. Also the place being working fast they don't dedicate time and while you are waiting to do your pedicure you will have flies flying around you, disgusting. I am done with this place.

First of all, shame on me for coming back to this salon. My first experience was a couple of years ago when my teenage daughter came home with a large wound on her foot. It was horrible and I told her to go back up there and show the manager, but she did not want to confront them. Within days, she developed a terrible infection that required a trip to the doctor and antibiotics! At that point, I took her to the salon to show the manager. I went today to get a manicure and pedicure and it was a horrible. The toe nails weren’t painted properly and the gel polish on my nails is lifting up like it was taped on. Very sloppy poor quality service. Save your money and find another place.

This place is extremely overpriced. Buyer beware. The last two times I came here I was completely overcharged and had a poor pedicure. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and their prices are absolutely ridiculous.
I’ve got an hombre gold tips and one nail on each hand decorated. I got a regular basic pedicure which they did not scrub my feet at all because I did not get the deluxe. I was charged $140 which is completely unacceptable for a basic pedicure and a full acrylic set with one nail decorated on each hand. I am going to call my bank to see what can be done because I feel

As much as I hate to write this because I managed a very large salon in Delray for almost 7 years and completely understand the inner workings, I can’t ignore it. Went in for a manicure pedicure. It’s always nice, I always get what I ask for, and barely ever wait. During my callous removal unfortunately my big toe was cut REALLY bad-an entire chunk of my skin is missing. I went to get a regular polish Mani/Pedi with my mother on Saturday evening at 7 PM, so they were not too busy. My mother wanted to do a French manicure with a twist doing colored tips instead of the usual white. The lady who was doing my mother’s nails, was very sweet and doing her absolute best to give my mom exactly what she wanted, however her English was not as strong as her coworkers. Avalon is great if you request the right person, make an apt and go when it isn’t busy. I went without an apt and the woman did my gel mani without looking so it turned out super sloppy. When I tried to approach her about it she was very confrontational. I didn’t want to deal so I just asked the front desk for a better referral next time.

The lady who did the nails was very sweet and friendly. I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to assist me right away. However, I will never come back to this place. I do my nails better. Very Poor quality , looks like I painted them a few days ago which I actually did today . That’s how bad the turned out to be. Will not recommend coming here, save your money and go somewhere else .
