I’m so happy I found this place. I moved down to West Palm Beach in March and needed a nail place…I tried at least five different ones, all without satisfaction. On a whim, my friend and I stopped in here after a day at the beach and I’ve been a returning customer ever since.
Im so picky when it comes to my nails 😬 and I’ve left here happy every time. I get dip powder, Im picky about the shape and the thickness. I like them thinnn, and John has been so great each time. They always look SO nice.

Made appointment by phone for same day and they were able to get us in. We got 2 basic pedicures and they didn't not come out great. We just recut and filed our nails because majority of them were sharp and misshaped. The lady seemed to be upset that we didn't want to upgrade to the $47 upgrade. I'm sure you can find a better place to get your nails done!

It’s been hard to find a quality salon post-pandemic and I’m so glad I found this place.
Patient, polite and clean.
John was my nail professional, he did an amazing dip manicure and was very personable.
Made for a great experience.

Have used this salon before but something is amiss.Today i was assigned to a young man who seemed unsure.He did not put out a bowl of water to soak my nails.He rummaged around in a drawer and pulled out cuticle clippers.I said NO! I want a set that has been sterilized in the autoclave.He didn't seem to understand.After pantomine and pointing to the auto clave he retrieved a set Of tools.He proceeded to cut me twice.I walked out .Turned and walked back in and told the owner who seemed unconcerned.I am wondering if he was licensed as he clearly did not know what to do.

Great experience, I found this gem 2 months ago on a trip down to Florida looking for a home. I will soon be an hour away and it's worth the trip to get my nails and toes done, Michael and Chloe make me feel at home and make sure my nails are perfect before I leave. Everyone at the shop seems to take pride in what they do. Thank you!

I called and booked an appointment with John. Told the person on the phone I wanted John didn't care what day, or time. Anytime John had time. When I got there they took me in the back for my pedicure. Man came out did my pedi. Said nails I told him I had an appointment with John. He sat me down. I expected John because I have weak nails, and my friend said to make sure I made an appointment with John. Tell him you want the same as ( her name). I had square nails. Told him just to even them out lightly. He rounded them which will make them weaker. Told him lightly again but it was to late... he

Three of us, including one male, received pedicures. We arrived on time and they seated us all together in one row. Three techs were assigned to us. While they each started at slightly different times, they each finished within minutes of each other. The Volcano Pedicure is sublime and includes a massage, hot towels and nail treatment. It was so relaxing that we needed to take a nap upon return to our rooms. It was a clean, well decorated place with soothing marine videos. The only irritating factor was the music choice, Country Western. Either someone either preferred it or they just didn’t

I just moved back to this neighborhood after a two-year hiatus. I did not have very high expectations of this nail salon because the one around the corner has been a disappointment. This nail bar is a pleasant surprise! It is clean and the staff is professional. Tran did my nails and I had a great massage because of his strong hands. My nails look good and the biggest plus is it's an easy walk from my condo.

My wife and I on vacation here. Found what we thought would be a great place for mani / pedi date based on Yelp rating. Evidently the staff is worrying the reviews not the customers. Called and made appointment. Specifically asked if they had white wine. Arrived and NO wine. Both of our nail technicians seemed to be racing each other to see who would finish first. Severe pain as my wife had her dry cuticles cut. I had several fingers that were bleeding from the nails when we left. Absolutely the worst experience. Was severely disappointed and will not be back. Waste of precious time with my wife

Today, I came into Ocean Walk Nailbar for the first time. I decided to try a new place. I was very happy about the services I received (a pedicure and a acrylics fill in). I am however a little disappointed. I came in hoping for something that's not simple. However, they had trouble doing the nail art I wanted so I ended up getting a super simple nail look at the end. Overall, I was very happy but I am disappointed that I couldn't get the nail art I wanted. The first picture below is the design I wanted and the second picture is what I ended up getting. Me and my young daughter went there and had a great experience. During Covid they are doing great with social distancing. They are checking temperatures if needed and using hand sanitizer. Everyone in the nail salon area were wearing mask. They did a really great job with our manicure and pedicure. Located right in the heart of Singer Island write off the bridge.

One of the best nail salons I've ever been in -- very luxurious and a superb selection of colors. The massage chairs are out of this world, the decor is top notch, AND they do specialty nail designs like ombré, metallic, and nail art if you want.

I'm going to update this... the nails look beautiful, the place is clean, service is nice. But within 7 days, 3 of my dip powdered nails have fallen off, NOT DUE TO MY WORK. I have short nails and type all day; it's not like I'm lifting heavy objects or doing something that could seriously risk breaking.
For the price I'm a little upset that I've had such an issue with my nails..
