Had my doctor send them a prescription for a new CPAP machine. Stephanie acknowledged receiving the prescription and was to verify my insurance benefits and get back to me within a week. After 2 weeks, I called for a status update but Stephanie was unavailable, so I left her a voicemail requesting a call back. After 3 more weeks and 3 more voicemails, still no response . Don't do business with people who don't have the common courtesy to return your calls.

It's taken a month to get a medical bed they have several promised, and missed dates! If she debt recieve this bed since this is the only company her insurance covers they will be paying for any incurred medical issues due to the failure of the benefits manditoraly needed that this bed provides. I will be contacting a lawyer your staf will be seeing the new side of what happens when you are negligent!
