Our patient-centered extended care services are available for people who want to remain in their home and require care anywhere from two hours up to round-the-clock.

Compassion Cafe is the name of our hospice volunteer program. This unique program invites people to serve on our hospice team as companionship volunteers Volunteers visit with hospice patients while sitting in one-of-a kind, hand-painted "compassion" chairs. Volunteers are an integral part of our Hospice care team and help enrich the lives of our hospice patients.
Our patient-centered extended care services are available for people wishing to remain in their private residence (or wherever they call home) and require care anywhere from two hours up to round-the-clock. Our exceptionally trained nursing staff will assist patients with maintaining mobility, independence, dignity, health, and overall well-being.
