Felt at home!!!
We have stayed at several B&B's but this one felt more "at home" than others. It is a beautiful and comfortable house in a quiet setting, walking distance to downtown Stuart... Marilyn is a super friendly hostess and fun to talk to. Must add that she makes a Yummy breakfast!!! Definitely looking forward to return...

The B&B is in a great location which was a plus immediately if you like to walk. Their is a marina near by with a little chuffed shop. The walking path up to the historic town of Stuart is so lovely and very easy from the B&B.
The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Note though the rooms are very small and there isn’t much room to move around other than getting into bed. We were there for three nights… we got lucky the first two nights and had the place to ourselves but the last night we had neighbors who were very loud up til 4am. The walls are thin so I can see it being an issue

My wife and I celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary with a little “staycation” and this place did not disappoint. The rooms were cute and quaint and Marilyn was so very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and everything in the Inn was representative of the local heritage of our amazing little City. We loved it and will definitely be back again!

What a special place. Charming, clean and perfect location. Not to be missed. Walking distance to wonderful waterfront restaurants and bars. Across the street from a park and tucked away. Have coffee pn the porch in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.

I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone! The place is quiet, nicely decorated and I felt right at home. The room I stayed in, #4 Rustic, was clean and tidy. My bathroom was down the hall but was lockable and for my exclusive use to which only I had the key. I can’t comment on the breakfast as I opted out to go into town for breakfast.

Love this place. Very accommodating and will share lots of local knowledge. We were going to go ride Jetski's and they steered us to Salty's Water Sports in Fort pPierce which was affordable instead of the nearby place which is a rip off.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am getting married Oct 22nd on the Treasure Coast. As I am currently living in Denver, planning a wedding from 2,000 miles away is NOT an easy task. Every interaction with vendors as been via email or over the phone. I picked this Inn for my wedding night and the following two days after. Marilyn was so helpful in describing all the rooms to me and assisting me in picking the right one for my needs.(Getting ready, pictures, privacy, etc..) But also not up-selling me or pushing me to make the reservation right away. After some family confusion, my well menaing parents

Just like home! Everything was just right for relaxation and fun. Terrific location for enjoying everything Stuart has to offer. Delicious breakfast on the lovely screened in porch. Great place for breakfast, tea, or happy hour glass of wine. Peaceful and quiet and just steps from the action down town. Marilyn is gracious and available to make your stay special. I can not wait to return to explore even more!!
My bed was extremely comfortable and the breeze coming off the water made it very comfortable to sleep with the windows open. Nice hot shower upon waking. You won't be disappointed. See

We stayed here back in 2006 and then more recently for a long weekend. It is still a very nice fun place within easy walking distance in what Stuart has to offer. Everything is clean on comfortable and the breakfast is very good. The porch is perfect for relaxing on and just enjoying the afternoon before you head out for some interesting dinner.

Take out the kayak for a quick paddle down the near by creek or explore out into the bay. All in all a very relaxing and comfortable place to get away. If you are a Florida person, try it for something "not home" and if you are from out

Booked a weekend here for my anniversary. Arrived after driving 40 miles. Nobody was there to greet us. We Walked into the room and it had a unusual smell, not bad but definitely not good. After spending 20 minutes in the room my allergies were going crazy and I had to walk out to get fresh air. Thought maybe it was just dust. Went for a walk through town only to return and find a cat sitting on my car! I could see into the B&B owners window to see a cat play play area. No where on the website did it say cats lived in the house. I could not return into the house because I was so uncomfortable

We recently stayed at Inn Shepard's Park for two nights and had a great experience. The location - near the river and riverwalk and also very near downtown Stuart - was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfasts were wonderful. Having coffee and tea available 24 hours a day was also good. Marilyn is a great host. I expect that we will be back next year for a more extended stay.

We had a great stay while in town for a wedding, staying 4 nights. Great location, you can walk all over town and the river walk from the B & B. Nice amenities, including a community fridge for left overs or snacks and beverages you pick up or bring with you. Quiet area, no road noise, lovely living room and porch area where you enjoy breakfast. Well-stocked breakfast buffet and coffee, hot chocolate and tea available 24/7. Hot and cold breakfast served, which were good and filling, though we had waffles and quiche twice. Special dietary needs willingly accommodated. Beach towels and bathrobes

Had a wonderful experience. It was like staying at a friend's home for the evening. Marilyn is probably one of the most cordial innkeepers I have met. Breakfast on the porch was delightful. The rooms are cozy and impeccably furnished. In addition, the Inn is within close walking distance to the River Walk and downtown Stuart. A+
Thanks again, Marilyn.
