Luke Sefton has been in the Sedona area for 35 years and has proven performance records and established community relationships throughout the Verde Valley. Luke A. Sefton, P.E., C.F.M. is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer and longtime Arizona resident with over 35 years of civil engineering, surveying, project/fiscal management, and military leadership experience.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University as well as completion of the Engineer Officer Course in Fort Belvoir, VA and is licensed to practice civil engineering in Arizona and New Mexico as a Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager.

Sefton engineering designed a culvert and drainage system for our property in 2020, after heavy rains the culvert failed causing flooding to our property and also two adjacent properties. It has cost us thousand o f dollars in repairs which we completed almost immediately . Sefton said that they would work with us this issue and refund there fee , we have heard nothing from them nor will they return our calls and or emails. We find Sefton engineering to be a huge disappointment and unethical company to do business with. Ed Browne
