First off I don’t know how anyone has provided a review above 2-stars. I believe many of these reviews are fabricated. We chose to stay in this hotel because of the relatively good reviews. First off the lobby is not open and hasn’t been since COVID. No amenities. Second the location by the freeway is convenient however the people loitering in the area made us rather uncomfortable. The next door locations and in the parking lot itself. The walls are paper thin, could hear people talking outside in the parking lot all night. Several guests were slamming their doors which resonated through out

Went down to the Ontario area for an event and needed to book a hotel for two nights. The reviews for this hotel were promising, and I'm happy to say that they delivered! The staff were very kind and helpful, with the lady at the desk checking me in speedily, and especially the first night when I came back from my event past 3am, the man watching the parking lot helped me find a space to put my car. Though I didn't need any, housekeeping was active and early both mornings I was here.
My room was a non-smoking king-size bedroom, and was quiet just as I'd requested. No noise from neighboring rooms

Upon checking in, Paula was really helpful and friendly. She made the check in process a breeze. We were in Ontario for a 75th BDay celebration that Saturday and drove back to Vegas after, that's why we only stayed for a night. Everything was ok, except for the little freeway noise and the heavy feet of the people above us, which was actually louder than the freeway. But overall, I think we'll stay here again if ever we're in that part of town again. Thank you.

Staff was accommodating and helped me out when I made the mistake of choosing a "smoking room" the bathroom and shower were nice. There were some good handicap accessibility things like rails in the bathtub and a chair to access the pool. However the bed was hard as a rock. Couldn't sleep a wink. I hope they replace the beds soon.

I'm not used to checking if the rooms are smoking or non as most places are entirely non smoking. Subsequently I booked a smoking king thinking it was a non smoking room. At check in, they had no other vacancies so I took the room. Being an ex-smoker, I was less bothered by it than others might be. Just be careful to check for that.
The room was cleaned well, the parking lot is well lit at night, and the blackout curtains kept the room dark in spite of that.

Large room, tile showers, clean non carpet flooring ( I hate carpet) the maids kept my room very clean,
nice staff,,T.V w/ remote, decent size fridge,secure door, excellent lighting, microwave, air-conditioning, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and it has a pool too! competitive prices. Would we stay again absolutely.
