As opposed to the prior company assigned to my cl aim they showed up when they said and got the work done in no time although they had to come back with a part needed. There was some confusion when they got here as the hot Water heater was not the right 1 but the technicians were outstanding very respectful very helpful very considerate as were the office staff.

If I can, I would give 0 rating to this company. If you call this company for any plumbing issue and the price seems high, I would recommend getting a second opinion. Here is my experience with Advanced Drains and Plumbing Repairs. I have a home warranty and it is through Choice. I had a pipe burst coming from the kitchen line going to the sewer main, it was leaking from the adapter. I put the claim on Sunday and after four days of wait Advanced Drains came to my house. I had paid my $75 even though technician did not work on it. I took a video of where the leak was. It was in the basement, access
