Welcome to Tennessee Valley Clinic of Chiropractic located in Dayton. Chiropractic is one of the most amazing healthcare professions, but very few people understand what it's all about. This article is here to help you gain a basic understanding of how our Dayton chiropractors can help you and your family. We at Tennessee Valley Clinic have a vision for a life and health minded community.

Our overall mission is to provide our community with a drug free approach to health care, using the principles of chiropractic and functional nutrition to meet the unique needs of each individual, and provide guidance to promote an understanding of what health is, not simply the absence of pain and symptoms, and how to achieve it and maintain it, so that people we serve may have their life restored and reach the great potential that God has placed in each and every one of us.

Dr. Moore became interested in chiropractic after learning of how his father was saved from neck surgery by receiving a chiropractor's care. The decision to become a doctor of chiropractic came after experiencing his own relief from crippling lower back pain. In 1994, he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, the first and finest chiropractic college in the world.
Your life can be more bright, clear, and full of energy to do the things that you want. The nutrients within foods work synergistically to provide the body the tools it needs to maintain optimal health. As a nation, we eat foods that have been stripped of their nutrients. We do not eat enough fresh produce, whole grains, and quality proteins, so we take multivitamins to help us maintain optimal health.
Dr. Clarence Gonstead redefined the nature of his profession and built a chiropractic Mecca in small-town Wisconsin. He continues to be one of the most influential figures in the history of Chiropractic and the Gonstead System lives as a shining example of the best that Chiropractic has to offer.

Gonstead grew up learning how to repair tractors and automobiles, an interest which foreshadowed his later accomplishments in applying mechanical principles to correction of the human spine. In his early years the family relocated to a dairy farm in Primrose, Wisconsin. At the age of 19, Gonstead contracted a crippling case of rheumatoid arthritis that left him bedridden for weeks.
Why make a decision concerning someone's health with anything less than ALL of the available information? Every patient deserves to have correlated analysis in their clinical picture to ensure the highest level of chiropractic care in Dayton. This will insure specificity and ultimately patient confidence in the doctor's ability with care.
Back pain is one of the most common issues that people struggle with on a day to day basis. Most people will have some sort of back pain throughout their life. Studies show that 4 out of 5 people with experience it in the future and suggest that there are 30 million people with back pain right now.

As a young person who’s into MMA and mows lawns, I’ve benefitted greatly from Dr. Moore’s work. Through my time with him I’ve gained flexibility and relief. A day of hard work doesn’t put me down anymore and I’ve never moved better. I believe sports and chiropractic go hand in hand. I can’t thank Dr. Moore and the team enough for what they’ve done for me.

My experience at TN Valley Chiropractic began as a result of several pain in my upper right leg. I had much difficulty on steps, leading up with my left leg, then pulling up the right and similar action going down steps. An initial exam and review of x-rays, followed by corrective treatment and periodic adjustments have improved my overall health remarkably.
An unexpected plus has been the absence of severe seasonal allergies. One more plus is Dr. Moore's nutritional counseling. He looks at health from all aspects!
Yes! I would recommend TN Valley Chiropractic. Everyone there is accommodating

I have been seeing Dr. Moore for over a year now, and the pain in my neck and lower back has improved substantially. The recommended supplements are superior quality and seem to work well. I convinced my husband to go (thanks for the new patient assessment special!), and his back pain has also gotten much better in just a few months. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Moores professional guidance, and Vicky, Linda, and Taylor are all very friendly and helpful. So glad I found Tennessee Valley Clinic of Chiropractic!!

Dr. Moore has been an extreme help to my husband. About 15 years ago my husband hurt his back dead lifting at the gym. Up until about a year ago he was limited on what he could do. If we went on vacation, I had to lift the suitcases. If anything was on the floor to be picked up, it was me that had to get it for him. This all changed when Dr. Moore started him on a treatment plan. Now he is back in the gym and best of all I don't have to do all the heavy lifting! Thank you to Dr. Moore and all the staff!
From a very grateful wife,
Tanya

I've been going to Dr Moore for about 2 years now. After about 6 months I was actually able to go back to work!!! To go from barely being able to stand long enough to do simple things like make a sandwich, wash dishes, make dinner or sweep a floor, to being able to go back to working in a retail setting with minimal pain. Dr Moore and his staff are amazing, kind and all around wonderful people. I recommend them any chance I get. Thank you all so much for everything you've done for me.

When I first came to Dr Moore I was attending another chiropractor. But I was still in extreme pain daily. I was thinking I was headed to back surgery as is the case for my family. My mother, grandmother and 2 aunts all had back surgery but still suffered back pain. I did not want to go the surgery route. I was a bit skeptical of trying another chiropractor. I wondered what difference would it make. Well I was blessed to have been referred to Dr Moore. First of all Mrs Moore and Linda were very welcoming and friendly. I was treated along with everyone else like we were family coming for a visit

Dr. Moore and his staff are professional in every aspect of their practice. A friendly greeting as you enter the office, usually a short wait the escorted back to the dressing rooms, within minutes Dr. Moore greets you and performs a spine scan to identify what treatment(s) will meet your needs for the day. You are back in the recovery room within 15 minutes where you are invited to relax for a period of time before returning to your normal activities. Overall a very pleasant and healing visit.
Thank you Dr. Moore and staff.

I have hundreds of chiropractors around me and I have yet to find anyone that can do a better job than Dr. Moore. The skill level and specificity Dr. Moore brings to the table are rare to find. I drive every week to Dayton from Chattanooga to get checked. This place is where I get the results others cannot seem to achieve. I finally have my Go to guy for chiropractic!

I have had back pain since I was 10 years old (I am currently 19). In the past 6 years, not only have I had issues with my back but, all of my joints hurt constantly. I also had chest pain, headaches, and difficulty breathing. There was so much I wanted to do but couldn’t physically do.
I went to a pain specialist at the age of 18 and he prescribed a physical therapist. Neither of which helped. My primary physician ran so many tests, but couldn’t find anything wrong. All of my signs and symptoms seemed to be centered around my skeletal and neurological systems.
It was like all the pain didn’t
