Dr. Munson and her crew are professional and insightful. They truly do care about their patients and it is shown from the minute you walk in. From short questionnaires to seeing the doctor everything is centered around the patient and the patients comfort. My tech, Arlin, was knowledagble and could answer any questions I had as we moved from machine to machine. I felt comfortable, heard, and cared for. Ft. Collins Family Eye Care has become my go-to destination for any eye concerns I may have :)

Dr. Munson and her crew have made such an impact on my life. I never found someone that could give me a prescription that helped until I came to Dr. Munson! She corrected my stigmatism and I finally feel confident driving at night! I used to avoid doing anything after dark because it was so hard to see and I feel like I can do anything now! My neuro lenses have made a huge difference with getting headaches as well. I also had extremely dry eyes and I had an appointment in the eye spa and that was amazing. I don’t have dry, itchy, irritated eyes anymore. The staffing makes you feel so welcomed

The experience I had here was like no other optometrist's office. I was blown away. It felt different walking in. Immediately I knew it was going to be different because they didn't do the normal tests and have me reading off the charts right away (they had me do this later as it's necessary but it wasn't the only or first thing). They did some very specific tests which related directly to my specific concerns/issues. One was for something that I've lived with for over 25 years since the last optometrist did a procedure that didn't work. They showed me options for correcting my eyes that nobody

Dr. Jaclyn Munson makes sure that her patients know their health is important to her. 11/04/2021 Picked up my new glasses this morning. Excellent! I was greeted once again by smiling courteous folks. The frames are so much fun and fit so well. First time to wear progressive therapeutic lenses. After wearing them only 1 hour, my eyes feel so much better. My sight is sharp from doing hand work to the glance up to the TV. Thank you Fort Collins

I went in with my three kids, (all under the age of 12) and they were able to get them scheduled together, and worked with my availability. Prior to the appointment, Dr. Munson called and introduced herself, and explained briefly what the appointment was going to be like. They worked well with my kids, spent time teaching all of us about the process, and treatment, and are super friendly. We were able to order glasses for my kids right after the appointment, so its super convenient. Thank you guys for taking care of my kiddos.

NOT your traditional eye doctor experience! The last time I went to an optometrist was 9 years ago when I got my first (and last) pair of glasses. Since I've been having headaches and straining to see things clearly, I decided to come to the Fort Collins location for eye care. Honest opinions only on here: Wow, was I impressed.
They are well-educated, proactive in their research and findings, and... they make you feel very comfortable. It was a non-invasive exam that made complete sense to me once they provided my results. Why I'm having headaches and why my eyes strain all the time finally had

Fort Collins Family Eye Care is a saving grace! I have had glasses for years but the last 2-3 years it never felt like my prescription was right. After just ONE appointment with the FCFEC team I was able to get more answers about my eyes and why my prescription wasn’t working for my eyes! I was able to get new glasses in a fast and easy process during my appointment, and see my eyes improve in a short amount of time. I would HIGHLY recommend Fort Collins Family Eye Care to anyone!

I am never going to another Doctor again. Dr. Munson is incredible and after my first visit was able to diagnose and treat issues I’d been struggling with for YEARS. She recommended neurolens, which has absolutely changed my life (no more neck and shoulder pain). She truly cares about me as a patient and a person and is passionate about taking the best care of all her patients. I believe she really loves what she does. So glad I found this place, ALL the employees are wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
