I was waited on immediately coming in but not bothered while looking. Once I found what I wanted the manager Robert Williams walked me through every little detail. He even helped me design my living room! There were so many choices I just couldn’t make up my mind alone. He was a huge help and very professional. I will definitely purchase furniture there again in the future.

They were great when I ordered but took longer than expected. Understandable, I get the supply issues right now. They received 2 of my pieces in and went ahead and delivered those. This is where everything goes to crap. Someone closed out my ticket and the 3rd piece was cancelled. They then had to reorder it and it’s been months. Have been going… back and forth with these people trying to get my item. They hardly answer the phones and forget leaving a voicemail. You would assume someone would take responsibility for their mistake and try to remedy the situation and make accommodations

Love going to Winners Furniture We have been going through them for years. We have utilized them for many different purchases, and merchandise. The sales associates We have worked with have been great and awesome. They try to get you to the closest to your price range your looking for. Few of the associates/sales representatives, and store managers I'd like to name, they know who they are, work very hard and we are pleased with their business. We will continue to go through them. I ordered furniture from the Bardstown road location and they were actually great the day I bought my living room and kitchen furniture however, I bought my furniture back in March of 2021 and received everything except my chair and a half. It was all delivered back in July and they brought me the wrong chair. They said they would be back out the… following Monday and of course it is now September and I still have NOT received it!! I am furious now and every time I call I get the run around.The manager David at the warehouse is a nice guy but can never tell me where my chair is or how much

My family and I stopped by Winner furniture on 7/30/21 to "just look", but I obviously selected to purchase a bedroom suit. All the furniture were beautiful and the prices on most was semi-decent.

So far, great!! "Z" was friendly and courteous, offered no-pressure help, made it easy to order and the store has many furniture choices. If not enough to choose from in person, the website has PLENTY more. Text service made it even better because I knew the item I was interested in was on the floor to ck out. Will try to update review once item is received and set up.
