I have been practicing Massage Therapy and Bodywork for over 12 years. I am licensed to practice massage by The National Certification Board for Bodywork along with the State of Pennsylvania. Each session is an integration of modalities specific to each client's needs.
The modalities I am trained in is Classic Swedish, Deep/Connective Tissue, Sports/ Resistive stretching, Hot Stones, Reflexology, Lymphatic cleansing, Reiki energy, Polarity Therapy, Corporate chair massage, Pregnancy massage, and Infant massage educator.I moved to Pennsylvania from Sedona, Arizona where I studied various modalities and techniques in Therapeutic Massage.

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
