In 1986, the federal government implemented the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), to shift the burden of providing for households with low to moderate incomes from the government to the private sector. In exchange for providing housing for low-to moderate-income households, the private sector receives tax credits - dollar for dollar reductions in income taxes.

When our calls and e-mails were not answered, we visited the office. the staff is very rude. We asked if there were units available and she asked us about our income. We work at 4 different jobs and I work in the law office as a paralegal. The woman said that our income is low. that was funny :D we are just paying this rental amount for our 2022 year car :) half of the people who live here have old cars that is rotten, I'm very curious about their income.

Does anyone in the office ever answer the phone or return calls/emails? I've been calling and emailing for weeks expressing interest in a unit hoping for a response, and nothing. I was only recently able to leave a voicemail because their mailbox was apparently full for weeks!!!!! It's just ridiculous to not get a reply of any kind for weeks, but the website says you keep updating the available units almost daily!!! Very unprofessional.

Not for lower income families like it says. I get denied for regular apartments because I make $200.00 less than 3 × the median income and here it says I don't make enough to qualify for there apartments because I don't make over 2.5 the median income I wasn't even offered a apartment with lesser bedrooms that would be cheaper. And I can afford 600 a month easily for rent but poor people don't stand a chance. So if your low income don't bother with this place.
