Fairly new only about 6 yrs old. The condo's are nice and heat is part of the rent. Very well Insulated and appliances are furnished. Grounds are taken care of and snow removal is also. They did raise the rent twice since we have been here which is only a year and 8 months. But....everything is going up.

Nice size apartments...maintenance and manager service prompt and courteous. Snow removal has less than professional equipment. Drives cleared after cars pack down. Plows do not spread salt
After nine am on over night snow fall..
Hoping for better snow removal. I love shoveling my apartment and 3 foot around from our doors as required...

It doesn't even feel like home we can't do anything without getting a call from the landlord. We've had the cops called on us 3 times for "being no load" one night that happened I was in the shower getting ready for bed. There are other people around us with puppy's (not service dogs) but we can't. Definitely wouldn't recommend living here
