They were very kind and caring when my husband passed away in July. I could not have ask for them to be any better. The only thing is some of pictures were not included and we paid for extra ones. That is insignificant when they made you feel like they truly cared and was so compassionate. I was extremely grateful for how they treated me.

The graveside service I recently attended was the most disrespectful and rushed service I have ever been too. For a young widow and 4 young boys to be treated in that way is totally unacceptable. They were rolling the carpet up with people standing on it and taking the tent down within 10 minutes of final words. I would never recommend this place. Out of respect for the family I wont mention the other things. ......

My sister recently passed away at age 43. The night she passed away I didn't expect anything more than what it was but we planned for myself and my daughter to do my sister's hair and make-up after the funeral home done their stuff and got her all cleaned up. When we arrived on Sun to do our part we found that she still had blood on her eyes and ears as well as her feet were still black where she had walked around barefoot before she passed away. She didn't get any respect whatsoever in my opinion. Very poor service. Also wasn't allowed to even view her one last time after the service bc they were

My family has used Rainsville Funeral Home as long as I can remember. My grandaddy Norman Waldrop thought the world of the owners. I recently attended a funeral there. Everything was great at the funeral home, however I was very disappointed when we pulled up to the burial. The young boys there helping at the graveside looked very unprofessional. This was the very first thing I noticed. One was dressed in swimming trunks. I am not saying I expected suit and tie but I feel their dress should be more appropriate. After the casket was lowered I understand the process has to he completed but I have
